since there's now ebay philippines and paypal is an ebay company,
paypal should now include the philippines in its list of countries. Phils
is already accepted by the FATF, too. |

find out that the store can only accept paypal payments, and sadly
Philippines is not in their list yet. I've sent emails to paypal's
customer care department but it's no use. |
