THE IRONY! Paypal customer service is located in three countries only. US,
Ireland, and Philippines! Well, we got one at ePerformax (call center). BUT
PAYPAL SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE PHILIPPINES. Paypal, if you wanna

PAYPAL is no pal to people in the Philippines.
I am an expat and tried to bid, then went to the PAYPAL site to find the
Philippines is not listed.
EBAY Philippines should be pushing for a full service.
This is wish wash and no good to a serious buyer like me.
Give us the tools or dump the ebay from the Philippines. |

If PayPal is a totally high-tech internet money wiring service - it should
be high tech enough to protect itself from possible "money
laundering" or "hacking" - if that is what they are afraid
of. If Mexico is included, so should the Philippine Islands. ON THE OTHER
HAND, the PHILIPPINE BANKS should propose as well to PAYPAL because of the
connection of transactions between the two institutions. |
