There is no point if you see the big picture, the only things that keep us alive are ignorance and emotion... seriously, I might just give up and die if I didn't have my bf to keep me here... people are destroying everything and I wish they'd all die and not be a disease to the universe.... You're completely right. Life, goals and all we percieve are nothing more than an illusion which will have no meaning at all. We are little more than a speck which will end and never remembered. However, that doesn't mean there isn't a reason to live. Science is salation for me. Science brings hope for the future, even if that hope is fictional. Chaos theory shows that everything is connected and that every action carries with it a point, even if that point is impercievable. As for people being a disease, look up the anthromorphic principal. The universe itself would lack a point if it was not given one. Be an optimistic pessimist. And religion does suck in my opinion. It's a tool for uniting people that no longer works. Man, I've been thinking about that for a while.
