Dear future Supporters,

If you live in the city or its surrounding areas, work in the city or for the city, own a home or businesses, respect the rights of other people and interested in putting a cap crime and living in the first "crimefree zone" in one of the greatest cities in the county, then I need your vote and your support. If you fit in any of the categories above, you have taken the first step. Please sign our guest book and stay tuned as we move forward with our message and closer to election day.

I have already begun to work with many of our citizens in tackling some of the issues as it relates to cracking down on crimes and other areas of concerns that I feel I can affect somewhat at my level. However, many of the areas of concerns will require handling at the administrative level to really effect the long lasting and worth while changes that we are looking for. This is why am seeking the office as mayor in 2009. This will require working closely with our city council members, other branches of our government along with my constituencies. My intentions are to aggressively and diligently pursue these tasks to ensure that the voices of the people in this great city are being heard.

I am not your typical run of the mill candidate. I have spent over eighteen years in the military, maintain two college degrees, one from New York City University New York, and the other from Sam Houston State University Texas, College of Criminal Justice. I am also a veteran police officer for the city of Atlanta. Some would say I'm more of a disciplinarian than anything else. I will not argue that fact, however fiscal and physical discipline I would consider an asset to bring to this city and its administration.

I am uniquely qualified and is aware of longer-term goals and larger framework of concepts that will ensure our goals and objectives are met. This requires a certain level of competence and skill set that I will bring to this administration that will produce markable changes for the overall improvement of our entire city.

The passion that I have for this city, the people of Atlanta, and to protect and serve will undoubtedly come to the forefront. Criminals would soon have to find somewhere else to go as we work to stop the cycle of crimes in our city. They will no longer be welcome here, no longer would they be able to run free and to prey on our citizens, businesses and our personal property.

There are also a countless number of other ongoing projects and multimillion-dollar plans to improve our great city. We will continue to support, monitor and review these projects and plans to ensure that we are on track as we work on improving the working and living conditions, along with the quality of life for our workers and all of our citizens.

It is also important for us and myself to continue to support our current administration so that when I am elected, there is a seamless transition of duties and responsibilities that will allow us to effectively integrate our plans of action which are timely, realistic and positive.

I am very passionate about our city and excited about the direction in which we are headed. We have the potential to become the greatest city in the nation and with your help I would like to take us there. We will become the "Model City" for others to follow by paving the way for a safer and brighter future for generations to come.

I cannot take anything away from our current mayor Shirley Franklin. She is one of my biggest fans. She has accomplished some very impressive tasks, has reached some significant milestones and is doing a wonderful job as our current Mayor. My plan is to take those reigns, continue with the positives, and take this city to the next level. As a dedicated crimefighter, I will make this city the Safest City in America. Most importantly I know what people are concerned about, I have worked the streets, been down those roads and I know how important it is to work closely with the people in their communities to address some of the pressing issues and get results in a timely manner. People should not feel like they should have to take a number and wait forever, or that their voices aren't being heard.

Though we are making headway when it comes to combating crimes and other areas of concerns, there are some additional ways in which I will bring my expertise to our city which involves influencing positive community changes and working closely with our citizens, City Council members, Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies, Departments and Organizations within the city to tackle many of the issues that will make our city the safest in the nation and make our departments run more efficiently and effectively for our workers, our citizens and our businesses.

I will never lose the fact that governments are there to serve and protect as we strive for safer communities and prosperity for our citizens as we grow, build, and improve our city to make it the best in the nation.

Given the time advantage we have until our next mayoral election, it will allow us to work closely with all our citizens, supporters, to include the police, fire and other public and private agencies and departments to ensure that our plan of attack on all our issues and concerns are addressed, implemented and/or pending implementation once elected.

This is my promise to all my supporter and all the citizens of Atlanta. With your support, we will make it happen.
