Please, what about the kid that did not make the team because the drugies pumpeed themselves. Get off Rose's ass and look back at what a great ball player he was...a hall of framer

He should be in the Hall for his stats, people make mistakes and lie (Bill Clinton) but that doesn't make him any less of a great ball player.

Pete rose is one if the greatest players to ever play the game. Despite what they say, the hall of fame isnt about personality and values. mickey mantle and babe ruth had no moral values. Babe ruth was a womanizer and mantle a drunk. dont get me wrong, they were amazing players, not so amazing people. Pete rose absouluter deserves to be in the hall of fame, he holds over 30 records. you must be crazy to say what he did should keep him out of baseball history.

Fuck Pete Rose. He knew the rules & the consequences; he broke 'em anyway & now he's reaping what he's sown. If there's even a hint of gambling scandal, a hint that the game isn't played on the level, we don't have a game worth watching. That's why the rules are in place. Great, great player, but sorry, he's not above the game. Next...
