Wombats are Australian marsupials in appearance rather like a small, very short-legged and muscular bear approximately one meter in length, and with a mere nubbin of a tail.

Evermore are an alternative rock band, from the New Zealand North Island town of Feilding. The band consists of the Hume brothers – Jon (vocals, guitar), Peter (bass, keys) and Dann (drums).

This is a petition against the proposal that Evermore (who shall be refered to as 'Party A') should be consumed and digested by definition of 'eaten' by Wombats ('Party B') who are to ve raging and uncontrollable, OR under sufferance of the disease rabies.
This petition formed on the grounds that:
- This is not a just punishment based on the extreme level of suffering it would cause.
By adding a signature you are agreeing with the counter-proposal that the band Evermore shall NOT be eaten by rabid wombats.
