I support this petition. My 12 year old and his friends were innocently playing football on a Saturday afternoon only to be beaten and robbed by these thugs! Police reluctant to do anything because they will be moved on by the time they have finished all enquiries so therefore a \'waste of time\'. Ridiculous that they are allowed to get away with this!
