one of the best shows. I've been hooked since the first episode. This show needs to stay on the air. The plots are awesome and the cast is talented. It would be a shame to see this show end.
You have got to keep this show on the air. Its a show I rearrange my night for! Please don't disappoint us and take the show off the air. You have alot of fans you would be disappointing!
I watch PP on E4 in the UK, and I am sick of shows being cancelled! Please give it a chance.
(At least if you are going to, tie off the loose ends and give it the proper ending it deserves! Would be an incredible finale....)
This is a great show, please don't cancel it. Episode 7 was the best yet, I was on the edge of my seat when Christina finally decided to tell Judy the truth. I can't wait to see more.
Point Pleasant is excellent! It's bad enough Buffy and Angel have to be but at least Point Pleasant is a very good replacement. In the fall, I wasn't watching much of anything because nothing sparked my interest until this show came along by the genius Marti Noxon!

I'm from the UK so i don't ever watch your channel per say, but if you cancel the show it would stop over here too which would just be wrong. Its a fantastic series and everyone who i have got to watch it has become hooked. Even over here it doesn't seem to get much advertising space which i think is letting it down - word of mouth can only do so much! Please don't axe it - its great!
Point Pleasant is the best show on right now. Episode 7 has been the best episode yet. I agree though, it needs more marketing, especially right now as the plot really heats up.
if the show isn't doing well, why don't you guys cut ONE night of American Idol and give something else a chance. you've got a show with such potential opposite CSI where it doesn't stand a chance! American Idol is poular enough to guarantee you ratings, does it REALLY need 3-4 nights a week? Really, I don't careif you want to ruin Idol by overkill but to not even give other, BETTER shows a chance is, well, far from PLEASANT.
Point Pleasant is an amazing show! Keep it on! There is nothing wrong with the show! What's wrong is maybe the time slow, maybe the lead in, but definely the marketing. I hardly see any commercials/promos for this show. I don't see the actors of the show talking about it. Meanwhile, I see like a hundred commercials for all the other shows. I didn't even know about Point Pleasant until the 3rd episode when I found out from a friend. I had to download the first 2 episodes on the 'net so I could start from the beginning. I've been hooked ever since. But a great show like this, you'd think FOX would put some effort into promoting it. They shouldn't complain about the recently low ratings if they are not going to promote their own show. Keep Point Pleasant!
This show is awesome. It's a welcome change from the reality crap and the never-ending cycle of spin-off legal/medical shows. Point Pleasant is the only show I watch that leaves me screaming "NO, YOU CAN'T END IT NOW!!!" at the end of each episode. I can't wait to find out what happens next week and can't imagine not being able to do that.
This show is incredible. The story line just hooks you and reels you in. Isn't that what tv shows are about? Capturing an audience. And it does that magnificently. You get lost in the story and can't wait to see what is going to happen next. There are roughly 4 million viewers of Point Pleasant. Those are great numbers considering it is going up against a stable 5-year old show CSI. Ratings would be higher in a different time slot or a different lead-in. Let's face it, The OC can't compare to Survivor. So don't say Point Pleasant has low ratings despite a strong lead-in. The OC is going up against Survivor, so it isn't exactly leading-in a lot of viewers to begin with. SAVE POINT PLEASANT!
Please keep Point Pleasant, it's one of the best shows ever and i would hate to see it go. i watch it every week and it just makes me wanting more and more. The show is addictive and it would be a shame to cancel the show.
Point Pleasant is completely different from all the other shows. Point Pleasant has an interesting story line, very creative and unique, not like all that other crap on tv. I mean, how many versions of Law and Order and CSI are there? THEY'RE ALL THE SAME WITH DIFFERENT ACTORS! Save Point Pleasant. Give it time to grow and perhaps even a different time slot. Thursday nights are so convoluted it is ridiculous. There is no way a new program could compete against established ones, no matter how good it is. As for STARS WITHOUT MAKEUP? That was a one time deal. Of course it is going to get high ratings. Now show that crap for 20+ episodes all year and see how well it does. It will tank after 2-3 episodes, everyone knows that! Just give Point Pleasant a chance.
I strongly agree with John, i really enjoy this show..i dont see why they should try to take it off the air if its such a great and interesting show. this show is soo addictive..i always wait for this show every thursday..i never miss it. THIS SHOW JUST ROCKS....DONT TAKE IT OFF THE AIR...THAT WOULD DISSAPOINT MANY OF THE VIEWERS.
I enjoy this show very much and would love to see it continue. Unfortunetly fox tends to cancel the good stuff usually after they put in horrible time slots. Apparently the three greatist jobs in which you can be wrong all the time is weatherman, actuary, and fox programmer

Sometimes I skip The O.C., which I love, but I NEVER skip Point Pleasant. In reading this petition, please remember that not everyone that watches this show even knows about this petiton. This is just from the small number who know, have internet access and also are brave enough to sign. For every 1 signature, there are many more people who love this show.
I love this show! I hope that the network realizes that this is a different type of show that is out there and there are people who enjoy watching shows like this over some of the other typical shows that are out. I hope they keep it going!!
You must not cancel this show, the show has one of the best plots around. Give it some time, it takes time to catch viewers away from the other high quality shows that come on in this time slot plus, no other show you could air at this time would make any better ratings....its the time slot and it takes time to build a audience with shows that have been around a few years and have a huge audience.

Point Pleasant is the only show on tv I really like to watch and if you take it off there's gonna be some NOT VERY HAPPY people. like me. I'm not pretty when I'm mad.

Dont cancel the show!I like it more than the O.C which is 90210 revamped! Point pleasant has a different flavor to it and i LOVE it! give it a chance!As for the Stars w/o make-up sucked and PP should have been on that day! plus all those pics were in the Star magazine anyway,

I love this show and I've been wondering why it wasn't on. I agree with the petition--- boycott Fox if we can't watch shows after we get interested in them just because Fox thinks it isn't doing good enough.
I love this it's awesome and Fox would be making a mistake if they cancell it.They need for it to change time slots.this show is only two months old and people really dont know much about if anything and more advertising would defintly bring more people.Marti noxon did great on Buffy and Angel just imagine what she could do here.I hope Fox reconsiders cancelling Point Pleasant and I look forward to season 2.

This show definitely needs a spot on the Fox lineup. With times like today where there is a constant battle of good vs. evil, its nice to have a show that at least incorporates that theme into a weekly tv series. Please keep it going!! I agree that a move to a Monday or Tuesday time slot would push the ratings higher. Don't cancel this show.
