Please don't do this to one of the best new shows around. Please give it a bit longer to get going. You can't just give it a few weeeks and abandon it. Please bring it back, even if just to finish it properly!!
Please bring back Point Pleasant and give it a proper sending off. It was just starting to get really good and then you cancel it with no real warning. Please stop cancelling showws just as they are getting into full swing.
I've never signed a petition to save a show, but I thought Point Pleasant was improving every week. Cancelling it now without any closer to the story doesn't seem fair to the viewers who made watched it every week.
the one show that was geared toward not just teenagers, you had adults one the edge of their chairs these past two weeks, this is a ****ty thing to do to loyal viewers. i think this is a big mistake and i for one refuse to watch fox again if you cancel this show.
Fox, I understand the industry and looking at ratings and the bottom line and all...I just ask, please, finish the story. Don't leave us wondering...please, please, please...WE NEED CLOSURE.
Fox has their heads so far up their american idol they can't see quality tv- even when it's on their own network!
They should really finish out the season!!! Maybe they get better tax breaks for killing off good shows?
The promotions after the first episode were calling it "the new hit show" what happend to that? Maybe that was becasue it was on at a different time slot. Don't cancle it find a good night for it, or sell it to another network that cares about their viewers.

i never watch fox! I would if i knew that the show i am going to watch isnt going to get cancled 9 shows into the series. Find a way to run your network, you have only two hit shows... the rest are interchangable.

At least finish it out to give us the complete story. You guys are like buying a book and discovering the final chapters have been torn out. How many shows can I name that you pulled the plug on without a finish to the story: Boston Public, Fast Lane, Tru Calling, John Doe, Lone Gunmen, and many others. You owe it to viewers to at least finish out stories.

Please bring PP back! You didn't even allow the show to grow. You cancelled it right at the time it was really starting to heat up. Fox-you're messing up. I can't tell you how many people I know refuse to watch your network because of the way it is ran. I feel it was rude and selfish to pull the show like you did.
bring back point pleasant!!! give it a chance!!! your not even promoting, all i see is OC this and OC that, well if no one knows its on, how are people supposed to watch it! UGH! Fox, your pissing a lot of people off!
I really enjoyed this show and think it should have been given more of a chance. Bring it back! At the very least, the remaining episodes should be aired so fans of the show can have some closure.
Fox, you cancel all of our favorite shows..you don't advertise them and you never give them a chance to grow a fan base. You started Point pleasant in the worst timeslot on television and hoped to carry viewers after the pilot without promoting it. We are tired of getting interested in television shows on your network just to have them cancelled. I intend to completely BOYCOTT Fox if Point pleasant is not given a proper chance to succeed!!!!!
Fox, you are going to be like ABC. Those fools cancelled 2 great shows, one that was even Emmy nominated: My so called life & Freaks and Geeks. They are on DVD now with a cult following. You can have the same with Point Pleasant but it needs to be on the air longer. Give it a chance and a second season and you will have a 9-oclock hit!
like some one has said before, if u dont bring it back, atleast put all the episodes on a DVD, cause i know i will buy it, i will personally buy them all if no one else does. just cause u give it a ****y time slot, who puts a show on agter the OC. right after that show are leik, huh that was good im tired time for a shower, i just think you shouldhave finished off the season.

Please keep it on! It's a good show and more people like it than you know, it just as a bad time-slot. You put it against The Apprentice and CSI, it seems like you wanted to kill it. Please keep it on or consider selling it to The WB or something.
It's not the quanity of people that watch the show. It's the quality of the show. Point Pleasant has quality.
FOX, Point Pleasant can become very popular, you just need to advertise it more on TV, more commercials.. Maybe choose a different time for it to come on? If you want to cancel it, let us see just a few more episodes. Make the story of Point Pleasant finish before you cancel the show.

This was a truly unique show and very consistent with the times that we are currently living in. It's very frustrating to get into a show and then have it cancelled before the season is even completed. For that, I would have no problem boycotting FOX. I don't care for any of the other shows on the network. It's not fair to viewers to cancel a show mid-season...at least let the season play out to a viable end.
Once again, FOX proves itself to be the bane of my TV-watching existence. I've lost count of how many creative, daring, innovative and entertaining shows this network has killed due to mindless corporate trends and mis-management. Point Pleasant deserves another (and better) chance!
If you want to cancel the show, at least let the fans of the show enjoy the few episodes. My husband and I look forward to this show, and it was jsut starting to climax with suspense. Please let us enjoy the last few episodes!!!!
I can't believe what's happened. I CAN'T! Fox, How can you justify all this???? I would cry and shout, Point Pleasant was the best since Buffy. I've lost faith in television that airs just stupid and poor reality show. But Fox, you're really crazy! All this would not be happened on another network like WB or UPN. I love the idea they could buy the show. As others here, FOX you count a lot the ratings: well I won't watch FOX anymore.
I have no words. I've loved it, I've loved the way it grows and the last episode airead was wonderful. Ratings **** you! I won't be involved in a FOX series never more! Never! FOX you've lost a viewer!
WFT...there's no fraking way Fox can justify yanking Point Pleasant with just a five episodes left this season. Just push the timeslot back 30 minutes to fit in your precious Americal Idol.
