I've very upset wit the fox network right. i turned on the tv in hopes of watchin point pleasant one night and i come to find that american idol is playing. then i research and find out that point pleasant has been cancelled, has been removed from the website, and so forth. without warning, something was taken away... AGAIN! fox, you've done the same thing with another show that was on your network. does the show "opposite sex" ring a bell? you cancelled the show after you showed previews to the next episode... just like you did with point pleasant. as much as i hate cancellation of shows, at least let the series complete, so there's some closure for all the fans. end the series with the 13 episodes instead of just leaving it at 8, better yet... just let the series continue so it can grow a fan base. you let me down with "opposite sex," are you sure you wanna lose another viewer because of a repeat mistake? that's two strikes fox...
Please bring it back! This is the only fantasy show on! Please dont let it die! You have no faith! At least give this show a chance! It has meaningful suspence and drama and we all need a little now and then!
Point Pleasant is intriguing, riveting, and has great storylines and writing behind it. Each episode leaves you wanting more. The characters and those that portray them are great. Take if off your lineup, Fox,a nd you have lost yet another viewer.

Well I guess it's back to the other networks for our family.(FOX hasn't got what it takes to compete with the BIG BOYS w/o giving up too soon). I have enough reality at home and work. Who needs more of that?
We're disappointed though, we recognize Elisabeth Harnois from a childhood picture, and we've enjoyed watching the beauty and talent she's become. Our best to her in the future. I believe we'll see much more of her work.
I stopped watching CSI for PP. You are crazy. Because if so many people can STOP watching the #1 Drama in America and watch Point Pleasant...then you're crazy for stopping the show. Bring it back!

Please save Point Pleasant. FOX has cancled so many good shows. Why should we even bother to watch FOX TV if you're just going to cancel the the good ones?!
For a very long time I have completely ignored the Fox network. Their reputation as basically the "trash" network had been set in my mind. I finally started to think that they may have been making a turn around, when they cancelled the first show that made me run home to watch in years. I am completely disgusted by the network executives that decide programming, and many of my peers agree. Funny enough, I am their target audience, 22 years old.
I love this show. It isn't fair for them to cancel it when it's just the victim of a very bad timeslot. Also, the fans of Point Pleasant deserve to know what happens.
Please put Point Pleasant back on. Like a previous signer I also gave up watching CSI because I really enjoyed Point Pleasant. Please put it back on and put it in a different time slot if you have to. If you won't do that at least put it on DVD so we can see how it all ends. You'll go and air it over seas so please show it here too!
First Buffy is taken away then Tru Calling is taken away and just when another show comes along to get intensely excited and religiously hooked on that is taken away too......BRING BACK POINT PLEASANT!!!!
Point Pleasant was one of my favorite shows on FOX besides 24. I looked forward to watching it every Thursday. I even gave up watching CSI on CBS to watch this show. Guess I'll be going back to CBS during this timeslot on Thursdays. Fox - what a great way to keep ratings. I'm sure all who watched this show on Thursdays will now take their viewing to a different network. And you though cancelling this would be good for your network...I see ratings will keep dropping from your network if you keep cancelling shows that we love. By the way - American Idol is not the only show on FOX you know. Stop giving them so much exposure and freedom and maybe some of these good shows can still stay on the air!!! I am so angry with FOX now, Will only watch my 24 - unless you decide to cancel that too!
Point Pleasent is one of the very few shows that i watch on a regular basis and drop all things that i am doing to watch this show. I don't understand why you stopped in mid season but it's not very good at all...not good at all for the fans that liked this show...
My whole family loves watching Point Pleasant. I can't believe another show that we watch on Fox is being cancelled. My family will ban watching FOX if this does not air anymore.
I live in da UK n i dont think Fox shud cancel Point Pleasant as it sumwhat makes up 4 the truly missed Buffy & Angel!! So keep it on cos a majority of us luv it ova here!!

FOX YOU SUCK BIG TIME. There should be a flier in the paper for warning the producers and writers about FOX and they only support American mother****ing Idol. What a crappy way to discontinue a show.No warning whats so ever.Didn't even try moving the show to another time slot.You were competing against CSI for crying out loud.
I love point pleasant and if you cancel it I will not watch Fox again. Think I won't do it. fter WB canceled Angel I have not turned to the WB since. KEEP point pleasant it is a great show and I am tired of everyone thinking they can start a show and not finish it.
Please bring the show back. It's an awesome show. Why do you think we're signin this petition. we're signing it so you can put the show back on air. Plus half of the viewers dont have internet conncection and they can't sign the petition with us. you're making a big mistake removing PP from FOX. i hope WB or some other company picks it up and hopefully they won't cancel it like FOX did.

Point Pleasant is one of the two shows I watch on television each week. Please give this show a chance to succeed. Its refreshing to see something orignal on TV. Take the time and provide the proper means to let this show grow.
