I own a semi-large website, with thousands of players online daily. I plan to use this site, as well as any other means, to show FOX that point pleasent is a show that NEEDS to stay on. I don't understand how they can CANCLE show after show, and hope to build an upstanding network.
Fox you're horrible! Bring back a good show! You had many viewers watching this. Why do you always cancel shows halfway through a season! It's awful to do to viewers. Your station ratings could go to.
Why did you have to cancel this show? It was awesome. This was the one and only show I watched on netwerk tv. Thanks alot for giving me one more reason to totally dislike netwerk tv.

Fox made an estimated $250 million profit in 2004. If every show they make is going to have to show instant returns or be cancelled, they are not only going to lose new viewers but they will also lose existing viewers as well. What is the point of getting into any new show if it may be cancelled at any time without giving it a fair chance. Come on Fox, you believed in Point Pleasant in the first place, AND SO DO WE. Give it a chance to prove your first instincts were right.
Fox should start caring for the viewers they do have and stop worrying about viewers they dont have. If they keep cancelling shows, then the fans they do have are going to stop watching them. Honestly, you would think they would have thought it through!

Who makes these decisions to cancel shows? This programmme is obviously popular and its not as if you`ve had to cancel the recording! Show the episodes that are all filmed ready at the very least, I can`t see any reasons to cancel a very popular show.
Why are the low iq shows getting all of the attention and that a well put together show is getting axed? How many nanny shows do we really need to watch? There is a shortage of horror shows as it is. Cant we at least have a horor show that deals with the devils daughter, and the daughter of a nun? This is the ultimate battle between good and evil.Such a huge dilema. What will she do? Well we dont know because for some unexplained reason the show got canned.Listen to this for a second: If the Bible is the number 1 book in the land for all time then why cant this show be up there for people to see? Its got what all people want to see. I am going to tell my other christian frends about the show being canceled, and they are goign to be upset. If you have any integrity, you will finish Point Pleasant. It is unethical for a well-known station such as yours to accumulate alot of fans and then just forget about them. Fans are people and should be treated with respect. Otherwise, your station will have a bad reputation and if that hapens, you all will be in the unemployment lines.
I would think long and hard about this decision, if I were you.
i just emailed fox they said they will air the remaining episodes in the future but they will not be bringin back point pleasant. fox i hat u i hope every1 boycotts u
Yo I am from the Bronx and i watched the show. I wish i was in th uk to see the most recent shows. But wow the us, uk, ireland and etc. watch this show. Looks to me this show is more popular then previously percieved.
Point Pleasent is great, better then buffy. I hope C4 in the UK shows the remaining episodes. As for fox they also cancelled 'family guy' which was also great.
so it only got just over 4 million viewers...Fox is forgetting about the dlers..=P Point Pleasant is an awesome show, maybe it should be matched up with something other than the OC because they bring in very different viewers..
Why am I not surprised that, once again, a quality program has been scrapped! This show was absolute genius, and it is an outrage to cancel it. Bring this show back or at the very least put the first season on DVD.
OK, it fails the ratings, so do not make another series, but why not at least show the episodes that have been produced instead of leaving us in limboland?
The WORST thing the US exports to Europe is FOX TV. They make good shows, get you hooked, then pull the plug time after time. From now on I will waste no more time watching new FOX shows.
Point Pleasant was an incredible show. How was it to even succeed in the timeslot it was in? Please consider bringing it back or at least putting it on DVD for the loyal fans to purchase!

Point pleasant did not air tonight in Ireland. They just said it would return later in the year! Why can't we even see the last episodes.

Fuck you Fox. Point Pleasant was the best damn show on the network. It had amazing supermnatural plots and it was getting really good. I wanted to see what the ****in hand print was and what was on the tape. Please bring it out on dvd!!!
