I wish stations like fox and the WB would give shows more of a chance to become known and liked. I really like Point Pleasant and hope they will reconsider cancelling it.

not everyone loves reality shows...you never gave this show a chance..it was great. PLEASE put it back on tv..or at lease release it on DVD so fans can finish the story. YOU LEFT US HANGING!!!!!
I love Point Pleasant! The only shows I watch are Point Pleasant, House and 24. My family and I really look forward to Thursday nights and am very disappointed that it has been cancelled! I really hope you reconsider cancelling this show.
Bring back Point Pleasant. It was a great show and needs time to develop a following. I understand E4 in the UK will be broadcasting the remaining episodes. Shame on you FOX.
Please give us Point Pleasant, you can't just let us watch 9 episodes and leave us not knowing what has happened. If it can't be shown on TV how about putting it out on DVD.

Dear Messrs. Fox,the problem with basing your programming on ratings is that we would all end up watching EXACTLY THE SAME SHOW ALL THE TIME AND HAVING THE SAME OPINION ABOUT IT. And that's bloody unhealthy.
I LOVE THIS SHOW, BUT I NEVER SEE ANY ADS FOR IT SO THEREFORE I NEVER KNOW WHEN ITS GOING TO COME ON! FOX DOESNT AIR IT EVERY WEEK AT THE SAME TIME< WHICH REALLY TICKS ME OFF! PLEASE GIVE POINT PLEASANT A CHANCE,I THINK IT DESERVES IT!

I can't believe fox canceled this show. I loved it and really could not wait until the next show. I am dying know what happened to everyone. I think the show was so well written. Fox put the show back on.
Seems the only way to Fox's heart is the almighty $ So maybe it's time to not only boycott all Fox stations, but all Rupert Murdoch companies. News International Media Group, Sky TV, Fox networks etc etc etc. Hit them wear it hurts, their pockets. If they see a drop in their profits, they might actually start to listen to their viewers.
I really love the show and the cast and at the very least please release a FULL DVD for the fams since you all at FOX make all the big decisions as to what WE watch! We too should get what we really want...and that is MORE POINT PLEASANT!!!!
Yet another quality show bites the dust. Way to go Fox. Between you cancelling Point Pleasant and UPN cancelling Enterprise, I'm already 2 shows down for next season... and it's still only March. Thank God tv companies here in the UK give shows a chance to find their niche and not being ratings orientated like the States. How can a programme expect high ratings when it isn't advertised well and put up against strong shows that have been going for a few years eg: CSI and The Apprentice? Fox seems to be following in the footsteps of Sky Television here in the UK. Surprisingly enough, they both have the same owners. Go Figure.
I hate it when a show is cancelled in the middle of the story. If you feel you have to cancel it and least give the fans the chance to see what happens.
At least leave the show on long enough to give it a chance.

Point Pleasant becaame my favorite show as soon as I saw the first episode.. I look forward to every Thursday night to find out what happens and am sooo disappointed when it has been changed from its viewing time.. Can you PLEASE just put this show on instead of some of the other crap that keeps playing!?? This is one of those shows I keep telling people about and then its not on! What more do you need than people BEGGING for this show???
Point Pleasant is like an hour away from the real world every thursday night. It takes your mind off of the days worries. Sure its unrealistic. Thats the point! Is the Simpsons real? Or , how many days does Jack Bower have like he does every year or season. Duh, we get it anyway dont we! So just give these shows a chance! Just put them in different time slots. Just let people know when and where. We will watch them. Tonight Tru Calling is a 2 hour special. Did you advertise it? No! Then you will say the ratings sucked. Get real Fox.

This is unbelievable! My wife and daughter and I have had enough of the Fox network. We Loved Tru Calling! Its Gone. We Love Point Pleasant and now we hear thats gone too. We are huge 24 fans but will now boycott that too. Later Fox.
Don't cancel the show. The story is so interesting. When you put it up against shows like Lost then you are setting it up for failure. Switch nights don't just cancel it.

I'm a big fan here in Australia (been following from the U.S.) and I was really annoyed that it got cancelled. At least show the remaining episodes in a late timeslot or release a DVD (even if it doesn't have the fancy menus or anything), you owe it to the fans to let them see how it ends. Stop thinking about cash and start thinking about what people really want. Minorities do have a voice, as this petition proves!
Point Pleasant was a great show. I hope that it was not canceled because christian groups did not like the fact the show had to do with the devil. Fox also canceled Skin a couple of years ago which I also thought was a great show.
the show is great and has a very good story to it. i have not been into a show like this in years and i work for a tv station. you need to give this show another chance and time to find its demo. being on for 2 months is not long enough for a show to take of. take sinefield as a example.. they were going to ax the show but gave it another show and we all know what happened after that!!!!!!!!!

Well except 24, but we are willing to wait until it's on DVD to watch it. If you are so worried about the almighty $$$$ then sell the frickin DVD to the public. I've been watching Point Pleasure on E4 here in the UK and only just found out it's canceled.Don't you think it's so sad,that after all the hard work that's gone into the show from the cast and crew, Fox are abandoning it.I think this makes them come across as greedy and selfish.I love the show and i'm hoping all us fans will get the chance to see the remaining episodes.
I am a HUGE fn of Marcus Coloma and the webmaster of his Fn site, and I couldn't believe they a) killed him off and b)cancelled the show after just 7 episodes--heys guys, give something a chance!
Me and my friend Tammy had a good reason to get together everytime the show played. It's a really good show and we always looked forward to it. Please bring it back.
I think is it terrible that they are taken Point Pleasant away from us. Why put a show on that we all love so much, get addicted to it and then take it away from us b4 the end. Its just not right and im so angry i cannot put words to my anger.

Save P.P. - and gic=ve new shows a real chance in future. It takes a little while for people tor eally get into them, and when they do, you go and cancel them. Did you think that new shows may not be doing so well because people are already deciding not to watch because of the likelihood of them getting cancelled?
I was a HUGE Buffy fan, and when that finished, I had like nothing to watch. Then there was Point Pleasant. It was amazing!!! And now you're going to END it??? It's one of the most meanest unfairest things EVER!!! Bring it back!!!!!!
I love point pleasant, its what I come home for on a wednesday night in the UK, and now due to the cancelling e4 has stopped showing it in the UK which just sucks! I am so desperate to find out what happens in the rest of the show please bring it back!!!
