The remarkable thing is that Fox creates a show that is fantastic (the only one that i watch EVERY WEEK without fail), not to mention with Marti Noxon (Buffy and Angel being the most successful underground, "cult" series in recent history) as part of the executive team, then cuts it off just as the plot starts to ramp up, and all the viewers are hooked. Kinda shooting themselves in the foot, it seems.
See this show through one season at least. You never gave it a chancenor the characters. It is an intriguing concept , and you owe viewer more that reality shows that insult our intelligence.
Give it another half to one season
Why cancel a show when it offers something that other stations are not offering! This show is amazing! At least finish the season... why make those who were avid watchers suffer??
Please bring back Point Pleasant!!! I look forward to this show every week...Air it at a different time if you have to that would help. It's so different then the other same boring shows out there. I was so disappointed with seeing Idol last week in place of point pleasant, because of voting issues...makes me not want to support fox at all...Please bring it back!! Or at least finish the show for the viewers...It's like it gets to a climax point and now we are left to wonder...thats not right!
Please bring back this great show! My hubby and I love the characters, stories, and actors! At least let the fans see the last episodes so we are not all left hanging!
I have a friend who REALLY loves this show, even though i have personaly never seen it. I have also heard it is very good and my friend keeps bugging me to watch it and now i cant. Why do you cancel these shows?!!
I was so upset when i found out point pleasant was being canceled. It was one of my favorite shows we all at least deserve to know how the whole plot ends!
I and several others looked forward to this show and now to hear the show is cancelled is awful. Especially without even finishing the season. How can fox do this to the viewers? Fox seriously needs to re-think this decison..Bring baxk Point Pleasant!

Bring it back! It's a great show! If u have to, boycott! I love Point Pleasant and FOX should give it a chance! All there other shows are crap except the oc! SAVE IT!

Best show by far. Why is this one cancelled compared to Life on a stick or that sketch show? I think your wires might have been crossed at Fox. Good network, but much better with Point Pleasant.
Point Pleasent is truly a unique and interesting show. I've never heard of a storyline quite like this one, yet Fox is so quick to just throw it in the trash. I'm sorry that there are still some people on this planet whose brains haven't been consumed by the lame "reality" shows. Why don't you take one of those reality shows off, it isn't like anybody cares to watch Paris Hilton try to fill up bottles of milk on The Simple Life, anyway. Point Pleasent wasn't even given a chance to succeed. Why don't you try to do what other successful shows do like PROMOTING it maybe! I hope you people at Fox never wonder why The WB has better shows that are viewed more. Why don't you try to be like them? Give your shows a chance. Promote them. Put a little effort into it. I know it must be so hard and stressful to try and make a show work, but maybe you can at least give it a smidge of a try!

I just found out that Point Pleasant has been cancelled...I am shocked...of all the hits on tv Thursday nights this is the show I look forward to the most.

The show was quite interesting and just as it was getting really good, you take it off the air. I hope a cable channel picks up the show, and proves you wrong. This is why I hate to watch any new shows. Why bother? PUT THE SHOW BACK ON THE AIR PLEASE. Also release it on DVD.
