Great show, I jsut wish it was on every night. You people need to consider taking this show back. This was seriously my favorite show, how could you get rid of it when it was not o as much as it should of? If it was on regularly it would of doen better. You at fox need to get some new people working there.

Do not cancel this show. I thought the whole reason to make shows was for people to watch? Well obvisiously people have been watching, so why is it not on the air? Even with it up against The Apprentice, CSI, and Smackdown, Point Pleasant did pretty well despite it being set up to fail. You people at fox need to get a clue and keep this show and on top of it give it a 2 year extension before some other network capitalises on this great show.
from what ive heard, point pleasant had MILLIONS of viewers..why in the world would you cancel it?? the show was AMAZING, by for the best.you didnt even give us a reason...is just disappeared. i also will boycot fox station if this show is not brought back.
At least FINISH the series, but you have stopped it right when it was gaining momentum! The characters were finally getting some depth. This series needs a chance please don't cancel it!

Fox, you amaze me. you cancel your best shows: Wonderfalls, Family Guy, Tru Calling (until recently) and now point Pleasant. Yet, you continue to air revolting and dull shows like Nanny 911???????
I can't believe this show is canceled. It was the ONLY show I watched during the week, since I am tired of American Idol. I planned my Thursdays around this show. Please bring it back.
A HUGE UK FAN!!!!! It was doing pretty well over here in the UK i'd say, like everyone else said at least finish the series off!!! I mean you've made the episodes, and your gonna get some viewers... you can still squeeze a bit more dosh out of it!!... or else you're wasting money by making episodes which never air!! DUMB!!

Why would anyone in their right mind cancel a show as super as this one? I've stuck through this show through all the weeks that it wasn't on for one reason or another and just when it was really getting good, I find out it's been cancelled. As far as I'm concerned, if this show is permanently cancelled without getting a fair chance(and especially if you don't at least finish the season} this will be the last season I watch anything on fox. American Idol is my favorite show but I won't support a station that continually airs shows without the commitment to at least see them through for a whole season. I had that commitment. Besides, what did you expect putting a show that obviously needs time to build momentum and gather a following, up against C.S.I.? Give this show a chance. Please!!!
FOX, please put Point Pleasant back on the air. The timeslot it was in conflicted directly with WWE Smackdown, but I still managed to watch both shows. Point Pleasant is a really good show and if people at the network had done their job in advertising correctly, more people would have watched. I just happened to stumble upon the first episode when it aired on a Wednesday night, and was sucked in. I want the show back. Give it the chance it deserves!
Yeah those people from the midwest are way too uptight to like anything different. They need to leave the 50's behind. They are too busy chucking corn to watch tv and if they do watch tv they watch that John Barker SHIT. so to the uptight midwest, Go chuck corn you Motha ****in inmbreds, and leave the tv viewing to real people who actually know about quality. Point Pleasant is great and never should of been canceled in the first place.
The best show ever bar none. Hands down! if this show is canceled so should every show on your network. If its true that the midwest decides what shows are good then "America's Heartland" is America's SHITHEAD! You people at fox need to have those Nielson boxes at other places rather then the uptight midwest. Get boxes to the eastcoast and the west,then i bet Point Pleasant's ratings will be much higher than percieved. Real people are from the west and east, not the midwest!
point pleasant was the best show on tv!! i think you guys made a very big mistake in cancelling it...and then repleacing it with a crappy show like tru calling. hopefully the wb or upn will take advantage of your bad judgement and pick point pleasant up....and as for cancelling it in the middle of the season. why do you guys do that it makes me so mad. why not aleast show all of the eposides of season one..so the story could be finished?
Point Pleasent is Awesome, I watch it when I can, I can't always, school and stuff, but it is the one show on TV that I try and watch consistantly, please do something with it
This show has the potential of being a cult-hit in the same manner Buffy was. If Fox does not change its mind, other networks should seriously consider piching it up.
Point Pleasant was a great show...and to have it canceled mid season is ridiculous. What a pathetic move to leave us loyal fans hanging. I was happy to see Tru Calling come back but it could have waited until PP had finished its season. FOX--you could do so much better!!
i miss my show. i loved it so much. i can't believe you all would just go and cancel it and leave its entire fan base in suspense. it had no time to grab a "large" fanbase as someone has said and its a terrible shame that without any warning it was taken off air. this show was actually interesting as opposed to most of the shows out today -- like the OC -- that is based around rich kids complaining about their lives. please finish the season off or release a season DVD.
