I loved this show and requested Thursdays off of work. Bring it back and maybe it would be nice to ask the fans first before you go cancelling more shows. Because when we don't watch your network you don't get money.
as much as i like tru calling u cannot cancel point plesant i am totally pissed off at u *****es and basterds! i hope the WB will pick it up the way they did with buffy n other shows. plase im totaly begging you that was the greatest show ever!!! ugh i cant belive this!!!
I can't believe this show was cancelled. I was hooked after the first episode.
A good show like this one doesn't even get a full season in, but reality shows keep going on and on and on.
This action shows just how bad television has become. Creativity and talent can't compete with low budget programming that saves us the trouble of actually using our imagination.
i am so thoroughly pissed of at fox for axing this show....it seems to me that there is a huge lack of regard for fox viewers as this practice seems to be repeated so frequently ...i can say that i am nearly at the end of my rope and will refuse to watch anything that fox puts out in the future...
Hello me name is Cassie and I absolutely love Point Pleasent it was awsome and the talk of my school!! I missed three school dances just to watch this show and FOX CAN"T CANCEL IT!! I would just watch Surviver to pass the time before Point Pleasent. This is not fair!! I could handle it when the WB canceled my show TARZAN but I will not stand this the secound time!! It was realy getting good! you dont advertize what no onw will ever see!!! I LOVE THIS SHOW THEY CAN'T CANCEL POINT PLEASENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
Point Pleasant is intriguing and interesting! It has a teen twist comparable to Desperate Housewives, so many secrets, so much more to tell, DON'T CANCEL!
I NEVER made it a point to watch anything on television before Point Pleasant. Fox, you started your life as the cutting edge of television and over the last 5 years have become a watered down version of what you once were. I'm almost ready to leave Fox altogether and head to HBO.

This show is unique, exciting, and mythical...it doesn't bore me like the OC does...there are SOOOO many teenage drama shows like those, its getting old...Point Pleasant is a show that really intrigues me.
This show was definetly original had a lot of drama and was conveniently after the OC. FOX needs to bring it back or it will lose ratings for that show too!

my whole week was based on thursdays. I would watch my favorite show. The OC. then i was pleasent surprised when i learned about point pleasent... WHY DID U RUIN MY WEEKDAYS :(. and it was jsut getting good...???!!!
Why on earth did you cancel this show ??? I loved it, I used to watch the apprentice until this came on .. I got completely hooked. Please, at the very least, air the remaining episodes.

I have been searching the t.v for the last 2 weeks trying to find 1 of my new favorite shows. I actually thought it might have been moved to a new time or different day . I am verry dissapointed that it was canceled . I was really getting in to the characters,& plot.I really hope that you guys change your mind & BRING POINT PLEASANT BACK ON THE AIR thanks a sincere fan of the show
I can't believe this show was Cancelled! This was the only thing I looked forward to all week after school. When Point Pleasant first came on after American Idol, it was pure luck that I had no homework that Wednesday. It was nice that it was moved to Thursday because I had time to watch it. But this new show, Tru Calling, is just as shallow as the O.C. (which I happen to hate), and I only saw 15 minutes of it. So please, FOX, bring back our favorite show!! We all want to see it again. I miss shows that talk abotu the occult and the supernatural and was pleased when Point Pleasant aired. I am sad to see that the show has been cancelled. In light of the fact that other shows of a similar nature are about to be aired by the other networks. NBC comes to the top of the mind, it seems you might be short sighted in leaving the field where the other networks seem to find fertile. I hope youdo change your mind.
Point Pleasant became my favorite show besides OC. I am not the usaual audience being a mother and 22, but come on, this show had a purpose for todays young adults; a message that all have the right to choose between good and evil. The fact that this show was canceled and replaced with what i feel is yet another Buffy - Tru calling or whatever is horrible. Point Pleasant was original and should not be gone for good - remove that horrible show Tru Calling , and put one of the best shows fox has done besides OC back on the air.
I gave it a try and was not thrilled in the begiining. Then after the 4th episode or so I started getting hooked. Shame on you for not giving viewers the time it takes to get involved in a show. Seinfeld was a rating loser for several YEARS before it becase a hit. Oh ye of little faith...
It seemed that The O.C. and Point Pleasant were meant to tie up that Must See TV Thursday night spot that was vacated by Friends, etc. as well as replace the long-gone Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place.
It worked for me! But now Fox has cancelled PP out of the blue, with no warning or notice (how rude).

I would like to say where do you get your info about what shows are a hit??? Did you ever think that you could be wrong?? Well you have canceled several shows that I watched and thought was good, but yet you keep shows that I don't watch, how do I get a say in your decision to cancel or keep the shows?
COME ON YOU GUYS...every time I get involved in a show I REAllY like, like POINT PLEASANT, these damb networks cancel it....gosh I'm about to give up on TV!!!
