It was great to be able to get involved. Now we want to see what is going to happen and you cancel it. Trust me... there are a lot worse shows that could go - take them!
FOX, You got a lot of angry viewers on your hands. You don't care about the people that watch your network and you don't support your new shows. Usually when a new show starts you don't put it up against high rating shows that already have a fan base. You should have put in on later in the evening, say 10pm like NBC did with Medium's new show or maybe not putting it on the Thurdays but maybe another day of the week that has less traffic were people are will to take a looks see without them missing their favorite shows. I don't think you handled yourself well,FOX, I don't think you gave it enough time to succeed. You had placed it right and actually advertised this whole situation wouldn't be happening right now. 4 million plus viewers angry at your network, how can that help your ratings? Stopping in the middle of the first season? If I were an actor I would be leary to sign anything with you because your so wishy washy. VIEWERS ARE SCARED TO GET ATTACHED TO ANYTHING YOU HAVE ON YOUR NETWORK BECAUSE YOU ARE INDIAN GIVERS, WE'RE AFFRAID TO GET ATTACHED TO ANY OF YOUR SHOWS BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS TAKE THEM AWAY.
This is such a fantastic show. Please reconsider your decision to cancel the series. I enjoyed each episode and looked forward to watching it every Thursday night. I am very, very disappointed with the replacement show True Calling. Please bring back Point Pleasant!
Unbelievable! A great show with an original storyline and great acting and Fox cancels it! I got hooked from the first episode and looked forward to watching ot every week! The the stupid shows out there and they cancel the ONE truly decent one! Thanks!!!!!
Please keep point pleasant both my father and I were drawn to the show and couldn't wait to see the next eposide. when we realized it was no longer being aired we were both very dissapointed we wouldn't even get to see the last 5 epsoides. if you feel it unessary to air the show any longer please release the season dvd. Thats the best show that has been on TV in a LONG time. Show's do not have that much plot or origionality. Point Pleasant had everything. I cant believe it was taken off so fast. Especially since Fox showed a few, then put something else on, then put that back on. It never gave people time to really love it. The story line was JUST picking up!!!
I am furious that Fox canceled Point Pleasant. That was the BEST show ever on Fox and I looked forward each week to watching it. Fox needs to bring it back cause it will boost ratings if they will just leave it long enough to prove itself. I am sick to death with Fox taken off all the good interesting shows and putting on stupid ones like Life On A Stick. They are way too many comedies on air we need more serious and interesting ones like Point Pleasant. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!
Point Pleasant was a show I looked foward to watching. I can't believe it was pulled from your schedule without tying up the loose ends.It's surprising that you keep some really stupid shows on and cancel a show as good as Point Pleasant. Fox should fire whoever made this dumb decision .
This just sucks Point Pleasant is 10x's better than that stupid tru callign show!!! I would rather watch point pleasant any day!!!!! the only show I even watch on FOX is Point Pleasant! even american idol dosent compare! Point pleasant was great. It was refreshing that there wasn't sex every show (like the OC) and it actually brought some religion onto tv without pushing it on people.
please reconsider this, point pleasant was such a great show, i have many friends who looked forward to watching this show, and suddenly it was cancelled without even letting people know.....
I love Point Pleasant and I am very bummed you have cancelled it. If you will not reinstate it, will you please put the entire season on DVD so those die hard fans of the show can atleast see the rest of the season????

Fox appears to be CONSTANTLY axing shows that have large numbers of dedicated followers (in this case - 4 million) in favour of idiotic reality TV shows. They should at least air the rest of the season and bring it out on DVD - it's the least they can do. An appalling decision by Fox.

I watch point pleaent on e4 in the uk never before have i known a show to be stoped mid season with no warning this is ridiculouse you shuld at the very least finish the season "and soon"
Best show of the year. This show was so good. How of all the stupid shows that should of been canceled not get canceled,where as Point Pleasant is off the air? Its so stupid that the show is gone when we all love this show. Already close to 6,300 people have signed this and this petition hasent even been out for even a month yet. For a petition this has to be the fastest growing petition I have ever seen for a huge numbered ammount. Do one thing right Fox, put Tru Calling on Mondays at 8, and Point Pleasant at 9.Move 24 to Thursdays at 9 for a one 2 punch after The O.C. If you guys want to take on The Apprentice and CSI head on. Its not like you have anything worth watching on Monday anyways so put TC and PP back to back on Mondays to go against every network that has reality shows on that day. Think about it you guys can finally win that Thursday night time slot you have so desperately wanted, and can capitalise and win on Monday's timeslots as well with two great shows. You should do it because we love them especially PP.
Fox,besides "24" this is the only show I watch on Fox. Save the show.Send in some writers or sell the show to the Si-Fi network if you don't like it but give it chance.A season isn't enough!
Well, what can I say... as soon as I start liking a show, it gets cancelled! Please put Point Pleasant back on the air. Maybe try a different day or time.. or sell it to another station. I have a family member who worked for FOX and when I was wondering what happened to Point Pleasant, he even told me that it was probably cancelled because FOX always cancels the good shows. There are nothing but corporate big shots up there and don't care about what the people really want to see. And Point Pleasant is what we want to see! At least finish the season, or sell the season on DVD. Come on FOX, do something for your viewers.
I am so SICK & TIRED of dedicating myself to a show and getting all interested only to have it canceled. Not only was the show NEVER finished and we were all left HANGING but you didn't give us any warning. This is a really poor way to treat your viewers!!!! It figures it would get canceled though, it had SUBSTANCE and you actually had to pay attention and was thought provoking HEAVEN FORBID. I guess because it wasn't MIND-NUMBINGLY boring like all the reality T.V. crap that is on these days it just didnt get it done for the number crunchers at FOX. Shame on all of us who like to be intrigued and want a PLOT to our T.V. instead of watching people who eat bugs and will do whatever it takes to win a quick buck!! Shame on us who WANT quality T.V.

you can not cancel this show i need more of it and i at least need to know what happens this is the best show and you can not cancel it. i will boycott fox if this show does not come back on and i will do all that is in my power to stop others from watching it
