HI,POINT PLEASNT WAS MY FAVE SHOW THAN LOOSER FOX TOOK IT OFF THEN A HOLE BUNCH OF CHANNELS ARE CHANGING SHOWS THEN DELETING THEM SUDDENLY,TO ME FOX IS THE WORST T.V CHANNEL ON EARTH
FOX - Cancel shows like "Celebrities Without Makeup", which aren't worth the film they're recorded on - not shows that are worth watching such as Point Pleasant. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
FOX always cancels my favorite shows without even wrapping up the story line. They leave you hanging to find out what's going to happen next season then they cancel. In the 90's they did it with Models Inc. and now they've done it with North Shore and Point Pleasant. They don't give anything a chance!
i am a huge fan of point pleasant, and when i found out they were cancelling it i was very upset. i really love the show and want it to come back on. you get a good show going and people start to love it and you take it all away, now is that fair to the viewers??
the one show that was a must watch for me ever since the kings of queens in 98 was this one and now it's cancelled to show tru crap. point pleasant was the kind of show we needed but no the fox big wigs would't know good tv if they were paid to show it
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Tru Calling, but I've come to terms with the fact that the show is over, the sets have been destroyed, blah, blah. Being a diehard fan of the shows "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel," I was obviously sad when "Angel" ended Due to cancellation (I don't watch The WB anymore--only for Gilmore Girls). I was searching for another supernatural show, and, Tru Calling being cancelled, and Alias, The O.C, and Veronica Mars not exactly being 'supernatural', I was drawn to Point Pleasant. Now, I'll admit that the show obviously had some problems with their storyline, but so did "Buffy" in season 1 (okay, little things, season 1 was one of the best), and look at the show now--they have some of the highest selling DVDs (the "Angel" ones included) and the shows have fans all across the globe. I believe that Point Pleasant could have the same effect if given the chance. Now, I don't know if the actors of the show would even be willing to come back, but I believe if you gave them a chance, they might. If not, there's always the wonderful world of TV on DVD.
I watched the show with my brother and I can honestly say that that show was the only show that like on your station! Do not go and cancel things that havent fully developed and you know what? TRU calling isnt the best show! Point pleasant is! So I think it should be brought back! I love that show! PLEASe! BRING IT BACK! POINT PLEASANT LIVES ON!!! TELL THE PRODUCER TO NOT GIVE UP! PLEASE!!!!

Why must you canel this show?!? If you know we the viewers like it, why must you ruin it? please! bring it back! I want to watch how it unravels and how it ends before I personally die! Please! I really don't understand the logic. Point pleasant should've been given a chance. It was the only t.v. show that i actually watched since you cancelled family guy. I finally support fox again and then you shoot this in our face? Look you've got 8271 people that have signed this already. doesn't that say something...and that's just with this petition i'm sure there are dozen more. out there, the show had fans. and if you don't bring it back to the t.v. at least release a dvd with the entire season on it. I guarantee that'll sale.
I thought point pleasant was better than the O.C to tell you the the truth. It should at least come out on DVD so i can finish watching the rest of it.
