Fox has old folks that like stupid shows - except Idol- and wanna see busty blondes and lifeless comedy, and to bring a great drama like PP, oh no, we can't show that ... it's boring to us - idiots!!
You advertised the last episode that was suppose to air as one that you can't miss. The most exciting. Then you don't air it. You take it off without notice. I will stop watching new shows on Fox because you never know if once you get interested in one that it will be cancelled.
Just when things start to get exciting FOX cancels the show - FOR AMERICAN IDOL, FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! The first few episodes were a bit slow, but things got pretty rad later on. Now, I'm hooked and left hanging, pls bring Point Pleasant back!

Your Programming staff is composed of idiots, fools and dangerous nit wits. I am not surprised that Point Pleasant is not on the air. Look at all the slop Fox regularly broadcasts. There is no defense for it, but is the network's identity.
Point Pleasant is a quality series with plot direction that features programs that have a beginning, middle and an end.
Bring it back. Don't bring it back. Do what you want. You will anyway because you are fools. Ratings? Neilsen ratings are garbage because they don't reflect those, the countless many, who tape programs. Why? Because advertisers don't count those viewers who tape and watch because these viewers fast forward through commercials. Ratings are not reflective of anything but the pow
er of ads and the stupidity of Program Departments.

Please do not cancel this excellent show, or if you do could you be so kind as to show the remaining episodes? You are killing a promising series before it had a chance to show it's potential.
I can't believe you would cancel this terrific show. It was getting so good and now we can't see the final episodes. This was never even picked up by any of the entertainment news shows which goes to show that the show was never promoted by FOX - BOOOOOO!!!
I cannot believe you took this show off the air. FIrst of all it was a good show that was not like all the other ones on tv. It was not another ddramatic teenage Oc or One tree Hill. It had a real twisting and thrilling plot. I feel that may people got into it and cannot understand wy it would be cancelled. I've jsut found out it was done with and don't udnertsand why FOx cannot finish the season! There are many unaired episodes that could draw in new fans and even make hope for another season.
I cannot believe u cancelled this shwo with no warning!! You did not even air the final episodes!! I think Fox did not give Point Pleasent a fair shot. How could it air somethign like Life on a Stick or Stacke dwith Paula Abdul over this? They barely ever advertised it and stuck it in the worst timeslot. I think they should have changed it to Monday or something! They barely ever even advertised too! Maybe they could ring it abck as a summer show possibley like how summerland or northshore are. Fox has left me in complete aw when it comes to this show because i want to nkow how its going to end!!!! FOX YOU SUCK!
I am sick and tired of FOX starting a good show, and then pulling it from their schedule without giving it a fair chance. They put it on the air with little or no advertising, show it for a few weeks, take if off for a few weeks, put it on for a few more, and then say the ratings were bad, DUH!!!! What do you expect. Give it the advertising and the consistancy of being on every week like you do shows like the OC. (Which I have never and will never watch). They put on great shows (like The Tick, Tru Calling, Point Pleasant) but don't even give them any hope of building a fan base. I for one will not give FOX any more chances if Point Pleasant doesn't come back.
This was one of my favorite shows. I don't understand why you give shows like the OC months of advertising like it's the second coming and then shows like PP a couple weeks notice about 2 times a day. Low ratings due to low advertising. Get it together people!!
MY WIFE AND I WOULD ADJUST OUR SCHEDULE IF POSSIBLE JUST TO WATCH THIS GREAT SHOW. WE WERE HOOKED LIKE A GOOD BOOK AND ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE LEFT HANGING. WE WOULD AT LEAST LIKE TO SEE HOW IT ALL ENDS.
