Why do FOX always cancel shows with 13 episodes or less, when the ratings arenīt right away above 5 mio. or so, they did the same with Wonderfalls after 4 episodes and today i read that Point Pleasant wonīt return until 14 April , I want to know how the story is going on, and not see Tru Calling 6 new episodes of show that is cancelled for sure!
Why is it that the few good shows on FOX are the ones that get cancelled? First Tru Calling and now Point Pleasant? I am extremely disappointed. I'm glad that TC will be back for 6 episodes, and that (hopefully) we'll be able to see the rest of season one of PP. PLEASE don't cancel these two wonderful shows. I think FOX will lose many viewers if they keep cancelling the few goods shows on the network.
Point Pleasant is one of my current favorite shows and it would be such a waste to have it cancelled already. Too many great shows have never gotten the chance. Don't let this be another.
Point Pleasant is great, the story line is very unique and I don't understand how anyone could not want to see what's to come in the best good vs evil tv show of all time. Tru Calling doesn't even hold my interest past oggling eliza Dushku, wont find me watching it.
Please do not cancel Point Pleasant. Point Pleasant is only one of two shows that i watch on every week. The show has barely had any time to grow and expand and i believe that everyone would agree with me when i say that it deserves to be able complete it's first season at least before being cancelled.
FOX needs to PROMOTE this show - have the stars make appearances, do autograph signings, talk shows, WHATEVER!! The WB's One Tree Hill is having a musical tour - talk about great promotion for the show! I am going! There is SO much more FOX could be doing to jumpstart the success of this show. Also, if they were to put season 1 on DVD, more people would watch season 2 because they could catch up by buying season 1
Well, this is a hard choice for Fox...not really! Point Pleasant has turn out to be quite a surprise, but putting a supernatural show up against CSI is like instant murder. I know, I know, demorgraphics...blah blah blah. I just hink for Tru Calling and Point Pleasant they really didnt et a fair shake. Anyway here's hoping they dont cancel 24 based on the fact that they need more time for "I want to marry an executive from ABC"!!! Anyway...save Pont Plesant!
Did they ever think that a) people may watch the show together, hence less TVs will be tuned in and b) people may download it or record it?? I think the number of viewers on a given night DOES NOT represent how many people watch it. I work every Thursday, so I download it. But I am a huge supporter of the show!
Maybe if they advertised a little more, there would be a bigger audience. There is no chance there will be a 2nd season, but at least finish this one out with a good ending!! So many people will be irratated if it just...ends...
I don't follow any shows, not even the OC like everyone and their mother does. For me to follow a show its pretty big, and I follow Point Pleasant every week. I really enjoy sitting down and watching it with my friends. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THE SHOW, AND/OR SHOW US THE FINAL EPISODES ATLEAST! Don't take the only show that I watch away
I don't watch that much of t.v., because the shows usually suck, but when my sister told me about this show, I have been watching every thursday that it's on! This is my favorite show. A lot of people at my school watch it after The O.C. Well the point it PLEASE SAVE THISE SHOW! A secong season would rock! XOXO Alexis!
I love both TC and PP but I don't want PP to get cancelled. I love it, it's interesting and is not like other shows on TV. Don't cancel PP! It's sooooo good
To all. It's only not gonna be shown a couple of weeks when they show a few of the last Tru episodes. It hasn't been canceled yet. It will air back to back Tru episodes 2 times in place of the OC then the rest in Point Pleasant times. So, there's still hope. KEEP SIGNING!
I hope this show isn't cancelled for yet another lame Reality TV show, can't the TV networks get it? Reality TV is dying a slow death. It won't be long before nobody watches TV because of that ****. Regardless, save this show, it has great potential.

I love Tru to but Tru is not back...6 episode and it's gone.
Point Pleasant on the other side is not gone for now. I'm happy to see the last six episode of Tru but why not have Tru and Point back for a another full season.

Fox is a dirtbag!!! Point Pleasant is a great show and it deserves to be given a chance in a timeslot where is can build a fanbase. The OC was put after American Idol, why can't point pleasant get an opportunity like that?

I love the show to death. It started off with some bumps but it's completely wonderful now, I think it has really found its footing. PP is my second favorite show, right behind smallville. Please Please Please save it.
I really enjoy watching this show and would hate to see FOX cancel another good one. All we have on TV now is trashy reality shows and dumb soaps. We need an interesting show and that's what Point Pleasant is.
No!!! I like this show...but I also like Tru Calling but still.....I want to keep Point Pleasant because it's much more better and they have a better storyline.
This is a very unique and interesting show that has so much potential. Give it another season and let it grow into something amazing and even better than it already is. It is very rare when I get interested in a new show, but this one has got me hooked. Please don't cancel this show. It's one of the best shows to come on TV in a long time.
I have to say how stupid of FOX to cancel Point Pleasant.That is a very big disappointment. This was one of my favorite shows that I really liked since Buffy.FOX and all the people that participated in the cancellation/hiatus of Point Pleasant seriously need their brains re-adjusted.People are so stupid these days.Point Pleasant SHOULD NOT be cancelled.
Please don't cancel Point Pleasant! I love this show, it's one of those shows that gets more interesting for each new episode. It's a cult show like Buffy! It would be very stupid to cancel such great show.
Canceling this show would be a mistake; why don't you give shows that are original and different a chance to catch on? People will watch if you keep the word out about it.. support your shows! This is a good show, and alot of people will watch if you position it properly! Don't cancel this show.
