Let us hope that the cancellation of the Power Rangers TV series would come to fruition. For all these years or most of the time since it debuted many years ago, its continual presence on any of the TV slots (which is getting less) still draw ire of an increasing number of people (both young and old viewers), who have found it to be so corny time and time again due to a huge lack of quality and substance in it, and we just cannot take it anymore! Therefore, no more airing of the Power Rangers TV show, it has got to end now!!!

Well, actually, I beg to differ. If you want high quality entertainment, Super Sentai (where the props and footages were taken and borrowed from to create the Power Rangers show) of Japan would be very suitable. The continual creation of the Power Rangers has simply become a waste of time and effort based on what was just said (copyright violation). The producers of such show should make up their own ranger heroes, storylines, props, footages, etc. that should be totally or mostly different from those of their Japanese counterpart. Or else, drop the franchise for good.

Just to elaborate upon Elaine G.'s botched message, both Saban and Disney have been guilty of the copyright violations for the productions of the Power Rangers TV series. And I totally agree! Since Disney took over the franchise of the show mentioned above from Saban years ago, Disney needs to be boycotted via some legal actions until the Power Rangers show is cancelled for good!

When will the Disney crew finally come to their senses that the "Power Rangers" TV series has become irritably boring enough for many TV viewers to be taken off air? Well, according to most intellectual TV critics of such show, it has become quite clear that the storylines of its many sequels are baseless, suspenseless, or simply flat, especially ever since the middle of the first sequel, "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers." The evidence of the aforementioned problems and other discrepancies is quite obvious in the second sequel of the Power Rangers movie dubbed "Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie," which had failed miserably in the box office in 1997, and thus no further sequel of such movie was made ever since. As more people learn, which they did, that Power Rangers is a partial xerox copy of the original Japanese Sci-Fi TV series known as "Super Sentai," the more they feel cheated about it. The Power Rangers DVDs are much cheaper to buy than those of Super Sentai, so what does it really tell you? Power Rangers stinks like hell qualitywise! Plain and simple!

I very much agree with most of your views on the Power Rangers show. It is one of the worst TV series ever made, even for younger viewers. Ironically, some of the TV shows that have had higher TV ratings than such have somehow gotten cancelled for good. And that's not fair!
