Accounts name which was frozen: prezrok

I have gotten my account stolen then frozen. then I got my account back I was happy even though it had my 8 lab map pieces along with some neopoints stolen and you all know how expensive lab map is now a days. Short time after my account is frozen again. It says that you fallen for a scam or some fake login page I haven’t logged in anywhere but www.neopets.com. It did that same thing 4 times It’s really tiring to every day keep on asking to unfreeze my account for no reason. Then one day I had gotten my account back again after 3 days of wait. I log in and play a games while I play the game meerca chase II suddenly I can’t send score and I’m kicked off neopets. And when I try to log back in it says that I’m frozen for scamming others. How could I possibly have done that when I was playing my daily games and I never even n-mail anyone nor post anything on boards for over 3 days. Ok I thought il try to explain to the neopets staff in a little more detail that there is something wrong in my account instead they ignored me and sent me a letter saying the following.

I never did anything wrong I was an honest user I have asked them for help and I told them that there was something wrong with my account something weird. I specifically asked them to monitor my account for any suspicious activities. Maybe something like 2 users on at the same time or whatever different IP address they should know. I practically bagged them for help and then after everything I tried they accuse me of scamming others.sence then I no longer gotten any reply from them which is why I need your guys to help me get my account back please help if similar thing happen to you speak up here. I have worked countless hours on that account every daily I gotten 96 avatars and few trophies. I earned it honestly with hard work.Im not going to give up on this because this is wrong. I don’t know if that person who stolen my account somehow got a hold of my pass again or whatever the case is but this is complete injustice. I want my account back and not just for a few hours so it will get frozen again I want to investigate on what causes it. I asked for help but I didn’t get any where else can I turn?
