I buy as little as possible from multinational corporations and will not honor liabilities made by US admins. that I have no representation. People have not been represented in the US government for at least 40 years. You are a fraud, all of you! Your debt is yours and I'll wash my hands of your promises and failures.
It is the people that rule our country and not corporations. We can vote in a multitude of media, and not shopping at a store that attempts to enslave consumers to their yoke through purchasing legislators and Presidents is one method.

A plan to benefit financial group
What Bush intends to do is to drive young people to invest their retire pension into financial market. Who will be winner and who will be loser?
Financial market, especially the stock market, is a speculating market. How can Bush expect people will win in that market? He has no assurance. But one thing he knew for sure is that the financial group will benefit a lot from his proposal.
When people went to Las Vegas. The winner is always Casino. Aladdin, Mirage.... all these grand Hotel were built up on the money lost by gamblers. But at least those gamblers are willing to go there and they more or less got some entertainment.
For those who put their money in financial market, they can expect to contribute more to Gold Sach, JP Morgan, Citi Bank ....
That's probably why Bush only proposes the reform at young people and to a limit portion. If his proposal is real good as he said, then why didn't he suggest to privatize all social security fund, and apply it to all ages? He dares not. He knew there is a risk. Once such a fainancial disaster takes place, the impact won't be felt by young immediately because there is still sometime to their retirement age. They became a Guinea pig of Bush's plan.
The main work Bush did in his first term was to contribute a high profit for military industry and oil group. It seems the mission for him in 2nd term is for the profit of financial group. That is why he is awarded with four more years.

A living wage for workers, and guarantee of subsistence retirement for ex-workers! This is how we stop this country's spiral down it's current path toward Third World conditions.
I would just to say, that no matter what we do need to stop the idiots behind the power. We don't need more job overseas so that we can go broke and live on the streets. We don't need someone sitting behind a desk saying no to us. We need someone to come in and say hey how can I help you and just get the job done. Instead we have people behind the power abusing it and listening to other people saying no we need a $10,000.00 toliet seat for this. Come on we are not blind we know what is going on. Stop treating us like we are stupid. Stop trying to push us under the rug. Yes we don't have the money to "SUPPORT" your pocket book, but we need the money. The rich can stay rich but the poverty needs money. We need higher paying jobs. Stop trying to make us homeless, stop trying to kill us, by trying to take jobs overseas. Give us the raise and stop the madness on social security. WE PAID FOR IT NOT YOU.

It's really a shame what this administration is planning to do the people of this country. The "little guy" is who helped build this country, who keeps this country going, and is often the person who risks his or her life fighting in war--and what do we get for it? Destruction of the environment, low wages, lay offs, and now, if Bush gets his way, social security privatization. Things NEED to change.
Social Security Privitization will in fact cost money. Money which the federal governement does not have. Reform is needed to allow the Board to invest funds in different vehicles, to keep all surpluses earned, lower payments and increase the retirement age. The only people who benefit from privatization is the Financial Community i.e. the Repubican Party donors.
Social Security is the best and sometimes the only insurance for poor people during their time of need. Please protect Social Security.
My father died when I was four years old, leaving my mother with three small children. Social Security was our income.
i get paid minimum wadge at both of my jobs, and my boss just cant afford to give me a raise, i can berly afford grochries after all my bills, i prety much live on spam and cereal
