This man has sexually and emotionally abused every female member of my generation in my family. I made a confession and was told my evidence was good enough to take him to court. I was the first of the victims to come out and my family learnt he has done the same thing to my cousins.
I was 9 years old when he molested me. My cousin Pearl was 6. My other cousin Sophie was abused twice. My Grandma has walked in on him molesting Sophie and chooses to stay with him. There are other girls that have come forward and my Nan is someone who loves kids [as a wife of a paedophile must] and she provides oppurtunites for children to be in the house.
I'm 16 years old and I need this prosecution to ever believe in right or wrong again. I kept the abuse to myself for 6 years and I can't stand to think that the worst experience of my life was futile, that my counselling, my statement[which was the most humiliating thing I've ever done], and the fact that my family is in ruins for nothing.
