I support this petition. We MUST look out for our children.What the hell are people thinking who disagree. Clearly they have never been raped or had a child who has, I have been raped and the anger is still there. This was 28 years ago!
I support this petition to protect children. In Arkansas we like other areas need a Jesicca type law and some of us are seeking to see that this becomes a realty.
You are absolutely right. The need for nationalized laws on these issues is overwhelming. Offenders are moving from state to state and becoming lost in the system. This is a issue the Federal Government needs to address and they need to do it soon!

Sex offneders never change. Once they do it they never stop. I have dealt with this enough personally to know and people should always keep their eyes wide open. If we are lucky enough to catch the perps than we need to do all we can to keep them locked up & when they get out watch them like a hawk ALWAYS!!!

sex offenders whether 4 childern or adults should be given the death penalty if found guilty, if in doubt due 2 lack of evidence should be given life term with no parole.
I just recently viewd the sexual preditors website and came to know that the route my 11 year old daughter walked to her bus stop had at least 50 offenders living there. There can be one wrongful accusation, but not two! Get them away from our children and in prison or we will have to imprison our children!
Abused children hurt down to their souls it can very well and often dose ruin their lives and those that are around them. These crimmals should be given the death pentaly or life because you can't make that person not abuse more children they will find a way to molest no matter what kind of drugs they are taking. Sexual alteration dose not work either, it's not about sex.
