i am from australia and have only just had the black donnellys brought to my attention, i am only just coming to see the end of the season and am pretty pissed that there wont be anymore. one of the best shows i have ever seen
This was one of my favorite shows. I looked forward to mondays and who looks forward to mondays. THey really need to bring this show back. And i agree give the show to HBO! They could make it like the new Sopranos since Sopranos is going off the air....please...please bring this show back....I insist...
The Black Donnellys is the best show I have ever seen i a long time, There is finally a show on NBC that makes me want to put on channel four then you take it off, I would like to know who was the Ivy league grad who axed this show because this decision was horrible for the station.
The Black Donnellys is easily the best crime drama i have seen, riviling in my opinion the sopranos. The Plot is great the story line is believeable, I am not a big TV person and when i finally find a show that has pulled me in it gets cancelled this is complete BS!!!

This WAS my favorite show. Please put it back on!! Great characters the actors really make it easy to fall in love with them. I want to see how the story unfolds. Now what im I gonna watch on monday???
Canceling a show like The Black Donnelly's is a real shame and it really makes it hard to try new shows for the simple fact of this kind of situation happening again and again. I absolutely love The Black Donnelly's and I find it unimaginable that people weren't watching it. Please bring back The Black Donnelly's and let me find out exactly how the story continues on.

I cannot believe another one of the shows I like is going to be taken off the air mid-season. . .NBC, at least finish out this season will ya? This on-line watching thing just doesn't work for me. . .it is a great show and maybe you should have tried changing the time slot before canning it altogether!

Bring TBD back!! I loved the show. This is one show I looked forward to watching. Could not believe it had been cancelled. Hope NBC makes another effort to keep it on the air. Don't watch much TV, but this show is worth the watch!!
The Black Donnellys is a gem. It's different from everything else on TV. It takes time for people to adjust/accept something new, but if it's brought back they will, and this will be a huge hit.
Leave it to NBC to not have a pulse on what the viewers want. Bring Black Donnelly's back...great story lines, great acting. Whoever decided to pull the plug should be cancelled!
I was at Denny's last week and I overheard a table next to ours talking about how the Black Donnelys had been cancelled. I was so shocked I had to interrupt their conversation to ask if it was true. It is true and it makes me so sad. Bring back the Black Donnellys.

I've been paying extra to have NBC on my satellite dish. Well, I'm going to cancel NBC because they keep cancelling good shows and replacing them with garbage. I'll go watch the CSI shows on CBS instead. At least I know CBS cares a bit more about what viewers want than NBC does!
Can't NBC rise above the Reality TV crap and show good drama any more. TBD has great storylines and character development. NBC has officially lost me as a viewer until they put the Donnelly's back on and I don't care what time slot...I will find the time to watch it.
he show has jumped up to #6 on the top ten of iTunes. I am sure that NBC is noticing the money we are putting directly into their pockets! Please spend your time watching the show or downloading it, because that is the issue they had with the show. That is the issue that needs to be resolved. The posts and sites are nice, but money talks. Tell your friends to check it out on NBC.com. They want an hour of your time to attract advertisers, not half a second to sign a petition. Don't get me wrong. I signed them, and I forced people I know to do it to. But I also got them to watch the show. Time magazine said the Person of the Year was... YOU. Why? We have the power to control the media. We are doing it by posting on here. That's why YouTube was such a success. This won't be the first time a show could be lifted out the ashes, and it will not be the last. They canceled Conan O'Brien for one night because the show had such low ratings, and then left it on until they could find a replacement. If Mr. Happy isn't as unintelligent as I think he/she is, then they might know what became of that show. (And, yes. It is a little known fact, but true. He will also be taking over the Tonight Show in 2009!)
The black donnellys is a great series. If I wasn't going to be home I would definitely TIVO it and watch it the next day. Please don't get rid of one of the best show's around!
In all honesty, if you cancel this show you will seriously lose a lot of veiwers, I can tell you first and foremost that the show God is a Comedian or what not you will not keep many of your network supporters.. That show looked so stupid, and I'm a big fan of Mo'nique, and I couldn't get into that show, because I was so p!ssed off about The Black Donnellys being on at that exact time.. I have a really good friend from Canada that every Tuesday we would talk about how great last nights episode was, it's a great show with so much to offer.. The only person I know of that didn't like it was my dizty 17 year old sister, because she loves reality shows, most of the week I'm forced to watch America's Next Top Model, and the Tyra Banks show, or any of those crappy MTV reality shows, but Monday nights at 10 o'clock the tv was mine, and everyone knew to leave me alone, because I was in the world of Tommy, Kevin, Jimmy, and Seanny.. It's such a good show, I honestly think it's better than The Sopranos, but that's my opinion, if you cancel The Black Donnellys I think you will be making a monstrously huge mistake.. Now I for one don't understand why a show such as American Idol can be going strong with millons of veiwers still, I will admit I watched the first season, and after that I haven't watched it since, but The Donnellys as I call em' pulled me in on the pilot episode which I stumbled upon on the computer, and since then I haven't missed an episode since until last Monday when you put that stupid show on at the time "my show" was supposed to be on, seriously after watching all the crap tv that I am forced to watch on " my " tv just because I'm nice enough to let her watch what she wants, because every Monday I get to watch what I want, now I don't have any favorite show.. Keep black donnellys were tired of seeing the crap reality t.v. shows on nbc. nbc if you cut the black donnellys you might just see your ratings for your network drop drastically because other than law and order and the black donnellys there just isn't much worth watching on your network!!!
so im looking forward to the new episode of the black donnellys all week. 9pm rolls around monday and its not on. no explanation either. wtf? i nearly cried. so i go check out their web site, and people are all posting comments about it having been CANCELLED! what what?! why? this cant be. im so bummed. its the first good show thats been on tv in a long time and i fell in love with it right from the pilot. this is crap! isnt there anything we can do to get the network to bring it back? maybe they just didnt realize how many people loved it? im so mad.

Network tv has become a copycat race of reality tv BS which takes no effort or creativity to produce. Its only a matter of time before the rest of America wakes up and wants real storytelling again and not mind numbing antics of idiots on tv.
Along comes a gritty drama full of suspense and you're going to pull the plug. NBC you're nuts!

The Black Donnelly's was one of the only shows besides CSI that I watched. So unless you want to lose yet another viewer to CBS I suggest you re-think cancelling this show!

The Black Donnellys is an amazing show different from everything else out there on network television. I only look forward to Mondays because of Heroes and Black Donnellys. Don't take that away from me.
You HAVE to keep this show! This is the show that I look forward to every week. It is one of the main reasons why I turn on NBC. I would much rather watch this show than something on CBS... I really hope you keep this show going. It is an amazing show. On tv now days all you have is crime scene shows and romantic comedies. Most of us are soooooo sick of reality shows. I mean really, we live reality daily after a hard day it's nice to just wind down with a show that you can just "escape" into. This is the perfect show for that... PLEASE keep the Black Donnellys on your time slot.
