Hey guys! This is Serafina. After reading that they're looking for a perfect girl to play Maria Merryweather in The Little White Horse (a book which will be made into a feature fil for release Autumn 2006) I thought Rachel would be perfect for the part. This petition will be sent to the directors and producers of the film to see how many people want Rachel to act in it. I really want Rachel to be in it and more... let me just tell you a bit about Maria Merryweather (The Moon Princess). She's an orphan, 13-year-old Maria lives with her Nana, Miss Heliotrope with her dog Wiggins. It is set in 1842. Maria has quite pale skin, deep grey eyes (kinda of green) and red-browninsh hair. When I read the book, I pictured Rachel acting as her. And this is her only chance she can! So please sign this petition if you want to see Rachel in this upcoming feature film, The Little White Horse.

I was one of the girls who auditioned in the UK, and can honestly say that everyone was fab, noone deserves it more than others but it depends who gets lucky. a big hi to all the princesses who got through to the audition, good luck everyone!! btw, miss Heliotrope is her governess, and sir benjamin is her cousin (if you look on IMDb, they've chosen colin firth to play sir benjamin!)

NO WAY AM I SUPPORTING THIS! signing a petition so someone can be in a film is unfair to anyone else who wishes to act the part. audition like everyone else and don't be so selfish.

There is already a competion for this and I think that unknown should hav a chance. Rachael has alrealdy had her chance and she gets one chance then she had to make by herself!!! We should be able to get a chance just like she did! well its kinda to late anyway to get 100 singutatures before the Australian and New Zealand winners are annoced! 3 days in fact!

NO WAY! Sorry but there is a competition for UK, Australia and NZ to play Maria, so Racheal can't and she doens't suit the part! Your never going to get 100 signature's by the time they cast the part! And MH is not Maria's grandmother!

this is bad. this comp was to give unknowns a chanceto shine. Racheal does not suit the part.ur facts are rong so u probably haven't read the book. Racheal has been in a BIG movie she should give some others ago.

acctually maria has redhair/blonde hair and her parents died and miss Heliotrope is her governess. besides you should let other people have a chance to fulfill their dream!!

Maria doesn't live with her Nana at all. Miss Heliotrope isn't related to her. She lives with her Uncle. Her eyes are blue green as well. Who is Rachel? Are you aware thousands of girls auditioned from UK n Australia n only 5 will be chosen? They already have a shortlist n winners will be announced on June 30th

Rachel, you really rock! Sp I started this petition for you to be in a new movie The Little White Horse. I've read the book and it's fascinating. It carrys you in and I really think you'll suit the part. I know it seems as if I am writing this to Rachel, but she's going to read it too. I hope she/you get the part!
