'May he or she that has not sinned cast the first stone' - no matter whatever religion you are, the meaning is universal. We are human. We make mistakes. Breaking the law should be punished-yes-but punished fairly and justly. I am an Australian 16 year old and i came across Randy James' case on Foreign Prisoner Support Service and it melt my heart. May God help you Ms.Hogle and your faimly in your struggle. How my heart burns for you. I'll make sure i'll pray for you and your family. I can imagine how heavy your burden would be as a human, and as a mother, and how cruel others can be. Just remember this however - 'If God is with me, who can be against me?'. My mum always tells me this, and no matter what my dilemma it does make one feel better. God bless!
How dare they do that, no.1 its probably against human rights, secondly he should be handed over to the goverment of Canada where he belongs, sorry but i am not saying free him, because that will never happen, they should hand him to the canadian goverment.
The punishment needs to fit the crime. He has done enough.......let him go. I am so sad for Randy and his family. Sometimes foreigners are released from these prisons...if you get massive support. Keep making noise...stay polite like you have. They WILL let him go around 5th year. He will make it.
