I support this petition. I am a recovering heroin addict who has been clean for almost four years. In my past I have been in and out of prisons in the United States a couple times and have put my family through some terrible hardships. I can not begin to imagine what Randy and his family are going through, but I do know from experience that there is hope for lost souls like me and Randy, but being housed in a prison with unfit living conditions is the wrong way to rehabilitate a criminal. I hope that Vietnam and Canada can come to some kind of understanding or compromise and bring Randy back to his family. You will be in my thoughts and prayers,
