Does not decrease spending or cost increases for herself or other state officials, and could change the way the lottery is distributed half to teachers pension and 1/2 to state...Funny that we are getting more money from lotteries and casinos but we see nothing.
She has lied to us about the no more taxes. Cut back on spending or even cut back some on the high pay she and congress gets while the average person is just making it.
It's obvious that Governor Granholm has no true plan and no personal commitment to turning around the State of Michigan. It's time we find somebody up to the task!
for real michigans state is crumbling...schools getting cuts...yeah thats going to fix alot. no we will just have dumb kids. tax the food not the cigs. everyone in michigan needs food. TAX IT. not beer not cigs. not everyone drinks and not every one smokes. tax the food so everyone can pay a chunk.
I really love the state of Michigan, but I have a feeling that once I graduate from college, I won't be able to stay in the state and still find a successful job.
Granholm has done nothing but make promises she can't keep. It's not Engler's fault anymore. Stop raising taxes (because a good bunch of us don't pay them) and stop cutting education (so we can get some decent jobs in here)
