I bought an Xbox 360 last year. After 7 months it broke. I returned it to the store only to find that the next one I bought is also having problems. After going online and searching the forums. I realized, Microsoft has a huge problem...most Xbox 360's are lasting less than a year. While some have had their systems since launch. Many are forced to send the Xbox 360 back over and over again only to get another broken system.

Many have sent their Xbox 360's back more than twice for repairs. Microsoft needs to realize this is unacceptable. We did not pay money for a system to be broken and while they claim the failure rate is broken Xbox's is 3-5% the forums show the true horror of the poorly manufactured systems.

I propose today that Microsoft instate a NEW rule. Should anyone return an Xbox for any reason more than three times in a given twelve month period this person should be provided with a new system that will be paid for by Microsoft.

While this is only a dream with enough complaints we can make this a reality!
