One manager in Wawa had mistreated me. He discriminated against me some how. He said that he'd allow me to work in the deli some day, but he never did. I don't know why he did that. I then got transferred to another Wawa store of the manager whom I knew before. Even she treated me unfairly. She wouldn't let me do anything, except dirty work. I was getting bored and frustrated with dirty work. I then made a pot of coffee. That's why I was asked to resign. Don't you agree that it was unfair of her to do that? I hope you do. She didn't put me in the system as being non-rehirable. Please give me support so that human resources will make me rehirable. Managers aren't the only ones who can be supported.

Although I have a mild disability called "Aspergers," that doesn't mean that managers have the right to discriminate against me from doing certain work. That's a very prejudice thing to do.

It was only that one particular manager who wouldn't allow me to work in the deli. I taught myself on how to make sandwiches. He said that he'd allow me to do that, but unfortunately, he never did. I don't know what his problem was. My father spoke to the corporate telling them what happened. They said that they would improve their training. The manager who gave me a hard time wasn't experienced enough.

Most of what the manager did was wrong. It was mostly his fault. When my father spoke to the corporation about it, they said that they'd improve their training and train their managers better. Who knows what happened to that manager?

Managers can't only be supported. Employees should be too. Wawa doesn't have a Labor Union, but they do have a Credit Union.

If they say that I can't be rehired for the rest of my life, then I'd have to get a labor lawyer. I started this petition, so that I can be rehired.
