Randi is a commentator! When she is contracted to speak everybody knows what she is about. Randi may be an employee but she is also supported by her fans via our subscriptions. If she is taken off of the air, I will request that my subscription be returned and would suggest that all like minded fans do the same.
I have no intention to listening to ANY Air America show if Randi is not reinstated immediately. Air America should stop policing their hosts when they are not on the air.

Didn't you learn your lesson when you incorrectly did the same thing to Mike Malloy?We know advertisers spurn AAR in spite of dominating ratings, and we've been behind AAR from day one. But if you take away Randi after years of treating her improperly when she was ALWAYS our voice, then you can kiss AAR's audience goodbye. Bring back Randi now or else we'll move the dial back.
You know good and damned well that prog radio is on an upswing...that America is starting a massive surge back to the left. The advertisers are on to this as well. Randi Rhodes has been a cash cow...I suppose you could be silly and let her earn that money for Nova M. Let her back on the air!

I have been listening to Air America for the whole 4 years you have been on. I don't listen to anything else, but I may have to if I can't listen to Randi. My other favorite, Marc Maron is long gone.
Don't alienate your fans or bow to the Fox News loving crowd. Their King Bush is out of the door as it is. Randi rocks it, and if she is gone, a lot of us will walk. Free Speech still lives!
Every citizen has the right to free speech, including Randi Rhodes. Please bring her back as soon as possible as we cannot deprive anyone of this right or of liberal America of such a powerful voice in politics.
First you got rid of Mike Malloy; now, you are doing the same thing to Randi.I met Randi when she spoke for Nancy Skinner in Michigan. There was several rooms with people in it so I don't think that she was overcome with stage freight. I don't believe that Randi is real comfortable on a stage with a lot of people. Maybe, you shouldn't make her do things that she is uncomfortable with.It isn't really Randi's fault it is AA's fault. So, learn a lesson and don't make her do things she has difficulty with. Reinstate her NOW.
Freedom of speech is freedom of speech; period. If the Billary supporters want her fired or what ever because she spoke her mind, then who cares if they go away. They are not for free speech . When we step on someone's rights, we make it worse for everyone. By removing her, Air America is no better than Clear Channel or Faux News,because they are mandating that they will only accept the views that they deem as wholesome or good. This is a bad day for Democracy and freedom.
It is beyond belief that you would suspend Randi for something that was not said while on the air. I just had to listen to Ann Coulter attack Randi after all the things that she had said in the past. Bring her back--we can not afford to lose her voice during this crucial election cycle!
I sincerely miss Randi and forgive her unseemly remarks. Cursing, though offensive, is all too common in this culture. Randi's intelligence, passion and humor are too important to the bigger discussion than to cast her out for remarks said off the air.I want to hear her program.
RANDI is the ONLY SANE VOICE on RADIO and she must NOT be SILENCED! She did NOT make those remarks over the AIR WAYS and should therefore be REINSTATED IMMEDIATELY!
I support and love Randi! The right wing is having the biggest laugh over this suspension and we cannot afford (particulary in an election year) to create more division within the party! If she is fired, you will lose this listener as well as many others. Do not be stupid!
I loved listening to her...she was the light at the end of the bleak tunnel for many of us...please for the love of whatever bring her back..she was just stating the obvious anyway.
Reinstate Randi Rhodes. What she said was different than a rant by Lenny Bruce or Lewis Black. This call censorship because of the political connection to the Democratic Old Guard. It is time to change the guard. Are those that are running the same as the ones we have? But
When Air America first launched, I was hooked from morning to late evening. With all the changes over the years, however, I am down to a few hours a week. The voice that I make the most effort to listen to is Randi's. I will brave AM 1600's crappy transmission on my portable radio just to catch a few segments before I go to work. On my days off, I set 3-6 aside for her show. Randi has brains, heart, and ovaries. Without her, Air America is finally over for me. Randi, I do not agree with you all the time, not even this time, with your choice of words (Hillary is a _monster_; Ferraro is a _has been_), but I have always rooted for you. Keep up the good fight.
Randi Rhodes is one of the most important progressive voices we have in the media today! Please reinstate her program immediately. The country cannot afford to be without her.
I've lost Lionel and Tom Hartman from my NY lineup... and Randi and Rachel are my two sources of both guiding light and soothing clarity... please don't deprive your listeners any more than you have by moving Lionel and Tom... God Bless America and Randi Rhodes!
