"time fades away" is a raw masterpiece that deserves to be heard time and time again. it has to be released and one day it will be, why should we wait?
"Time Fades Away" is a necessary complement to "Tonight's the Night" Don't Be Denied, World on a String, and Borrowed Tune are cut from the same piece of cloth. Both albums need to released to help define and give depth and meaning to the other. These two were my favorite NY albums but are now gone.
I've recently been given a boot leged copy of this album but i knew nothing of the history behind it until today, I always found the album very powerful stuff

I have really missed TFA in my digital collection of your music and can't wait to have the chance to add it.. the ol' LP just can't spin another time... warped and crackin' just like my favorite parts of you!

Stop denying us as time truly is fading away. 40 years ago as an 8 year old I reconized the talent of this man and have been loyal to him since. Reprise people, where is your loyalty?
I've been a crazed Neil Fan for 30+ years along w/countless others.. I cannot understand why an artist with such a large loyal following is unable to release a milestone album!!!! The record companies will cash in big...So, why the resistance????
Come on people. You know that this is the right thing to do. You have a responsibility to either re-release this in the "current format" or sell it to someone who will. Get on it!
