Time Fades Away is a ragged, raw, and revealing album, and it is indeed one of Neil’s best. The spontaneous harmonies with David are really priceless. Please complete the digital catalogue!
I was so excited several years ago when I found an excellet L.P. copy of Journey... which at the time was the only record i didn't have on one format or the other. I would love to have it on CD as the old turntable may not last forever!
I would definitely buy a release of this, especially if it included some outtakes or bonus tracks. Maybe you all could release a 2cd set called "Live 73-75" or something.
Neil,
Since the age of 6 I have been listening to you on my dads old vinyls. I am now 16 and your music has become a big part of my life. Time Fades Away is the missing link. Not releasing this would be like taking a chapter out of my bible - it's necassary! Please do this Neil - for the fans if for nothing else.

I love this record.
My vinyl copy is totally spanked.
You've reissued "On the Beach""American Stars n' Bars" finally a couple of years back. Why not "Time Fades Away" Sooner rather than later pleae. I'd buy it in a heart beat!
Though not quite as good as some of his other 70's albums, it's far superior to anything that came after that decade, making its continued absence truly baffling.
Time Fades Away is a great album. I would like to have a good legitimate cd copy to listen to.P.S. The box set is overdue and please release the rest of the Buffalo Springfield material that did not make it on their box set. Please.Thank You.P.P.S. Get well soon Neil.
Neil
In every Nth dream, I tell you I met you N-1 times.
I finally saw you promoting "Greendale" ... thank evolution!
Hell, release it as a treat on your website.
~Alex
Please do your job Brothers Young and Warner while I'm still alive and make this dream availalble.
My cousins Mom turned me on to you in 1970 with After The Gold Rush.I was 12 years old then.Been hooked on you ever since.Ive heard everything you have on LP or disc, this would be nice to be able to have in my truck. Please re-release it Neil!
yo neil! i remember an awesome moment way back then when i saw you and your family at a local theater in south s.f. man! did i just stood there in shock! my girlfriend had to slap me a few times and...but to ask your autograph that day...I didn't. But it was cool. After that somehow it changed the way how i get up each morning! So release the damn album!
Hi Neil, although I'm young (20y.o.)and have only discovered your music in the last 5 years from my father, I would love to hear this album as I don't have a record player. Your lyrics and guitar style especially have been a great influence on me, keep on making great music, I'm glad to hear you're recovering from the accident and hope you're back to tip-top soon!

Man made rules been holding back my love cant hold it back no more, churches long preach sex is wrong Jesus where has nature gone.. what am I doing here ,what am I doing here.
"Time Fades Away" - Thats true...
But somethings are worth holding on to.
It would just be nicer to hold on with the best media available. Please Neil - make em do it. You got me playing guitar for life with this one. Thats reason enough...
i heard this album once maybe twice at this old guys house i am friends with. I was ina real dark time i was heavy into drugs and i personnally thank neil for this album, it saved my life.
Very often described by critics -to my surprise- as a poor album .... we can finally conclude in 2005, that they were dead wrong. So please re-release !
Please release it. I am 24 year old kid who was practically nursed on Mr. Young. His songs have helped me to move on with my life, especially as a song writer. We all need more of Neil Young, we can't get enough, from the junkies to the senators.
Respectfully,
Eli
