I buy everything Neil releases,saw him live 3 times.....I just don`t have Time Fades Away on CD.He could release it like he released the greatest hits CD,and get the sound as good as he can get it on CD from the original.
I have heard a vinyl copy of this record after an extensive search.
It is a great live document featuring some great songs.
I believe that it needs to be reinstated into the category as it forms an essential part of the Neil Young story. It needs to be heard.

Please re-release this on CD so that my kids can hear this music. They have been raised on Neil Young songs and it would be great to share this with them.

I've had this record since I was a wee lad, from back in '79. I didn't even know it wasn't available at all anymore. That's a shame, 'cause it's one of Neil's best releases, and I have most of them.
Even though he still has an album release-rate quicker than Eminem, this ones from the U.K.- Release this GREAT album real soon!

This album is an inspiration to honest musicians everywhere, and a snapshot of an important era in the life of a legendary artist. It deserves a proper and public release.
I have a copy of the LP but my kids should also be able to purchase a copy of the CD. I did not even know that this was un-available. Reprise usually does the right thing, they are an artist lable first and foremost.
The very first concert I ever attended was Neil Young/Linda Ronstadt on 2/26/73 in Kansas City. Knowing the songs on this album were from the same tour makes me want to hear it on cd even more.
Many nights spent lying in the dark listening to the raw emotion pouring from this album meant my vinyl was well worn many years before I had the means to transfer it to cd. I'd happily pay for a new copy on cd or any other format.
I have this vinyl, but more important I have a original copy (he didn't like) that was put in piles to be destroyed with holes off center from a warehouse in San Carlos CA in 1982? I have pictures of the piles of albums and tour busses, cars. I was wanting to know how to get an email address to send these pic's of his old cars to Neil if he wants them.
Neil Young's music is a treasure for all who value and love music, myself included. This is the missing link, and should be re-released for all to revel in. Gracias.

My husband is the biggest Neil Young fan and has all of his CDs except Time Fades Away which did come out as a record but never as a CD please Release Time Fades Away
This is the only example that I know of a live album with previously
unrealese material.
Only Neil could make something like that.
