I think if Neil had anything to say, this would not be a question, so to the powers that be, release it, make a buck, and let those of us who love the music be fulfilled.

This album is too significant to your history. There is now an entire generation ignorant about this element of your career. What a shame. For us, who are on the outside looking in, we admire this album greatly for what we know it to be - stunning and very necessary. With appreciation for all that you do give to us, is this really too much to ask for?
Even though I have not heard a song played from this album in probably 25 years, often a riff, melody or lyric from one of the songs on _Time Fades Away_ bubbles up and I wish I could get the record. This album contains songs available NOWHERE ELSE and YOU MUST RELEASE IT ON CD!
I quoted some of the lyrics from the album in the first love note I wrote to my wife 26 years. She died last April of a brain tumor. Please put "Time Fades Away" on CD. I'd love to listen to it again.
