I have a copy of this remarkable album on vinyl, and it must be made available to all the rusties who can't listen to vinyl.put it out on cd for all to enjoy!
My vinyl copy looks pretty. My bootlegged CD version sourced from the master tape sounds pretty good. But an officially released CD version would tickle my fancy.
Come on, Neil. Do it!
i hope that the music industry will someday understand that..since they can't produce anything geniune or real anymore..please release something that is...we need it.
I can see why Neil would like to bury this album. Would anyone want to relive (and share) a horrible time in their lives? But, on the other hand there are some amazing songs that you cannot find anywhere else but on TFA. Please share these songs!
By demading (pinch of salt) that this record be released in this manner, by saying 'hey look how many people wanna buy this thing,' is just the motivation needed by any artist worth their salt not to. Art is truth. And so was Time Fades away. When it was first released. I take it from quotes that Mr. Young feels that the truth of that moment no longer exists?

Come on, Reprise! You did the right thing with On The Beach. TFA might not be quite as brilliant (although the best bits - don't be denied, last dance, love in mind - do come close), but it certainly deserves to be available again. Plus my old vinyl copy is getting scratchy....
