It has come to our attention that many restaurant workers and managers are using drugs while working on property of business. This can cause a major health hazard due to the quality of business as well as the service of food and beverages to customers within the restaurant. Imagine if a worker uses cocaine, marajuana, or other narcotic without cleaning off their hands or accidently spills some in the food and beverage being served to customers. This is the reason that Restaurants must be forced to perform Random Drug Testing to protect the safety of the business, the workers and the customers that dine at their business. This is something that cannot be tolerated and must be adhered to. Congress needs to make it happen if necessary as the lives of our babies, friends and family maybe at stake due to the non caring position Restaurants are taking in making sure their employees are performing within their business without drug usage on the property. Help us make this happen as if not, who knows when one day you or your friend or family member might be ill or even in a hospital due to an employee sniffing too much cocaine in the restaurant around your food. Join now to make Random Drug Testing of Employees in Restaurants a Reality!

This is the exact paranoia that made \"drugs\" illegal. Drug testing was put in place to keep lower class individuals from prospering, specifically minorities. The \"reasoning\" behind testing is only a smoke screen to keep the American people pursuing happiness, which was given to us as an inalienable right by our founding fathers. It is furthermore being used to perpetuate the sales of prescription drugs and even gasoline. Marijuana users often take the brunt of the drug testing problem, due to the fact that marijuana stays in the body for months in some cases. Cocaine and Heroine which are actually potentially fatal food contaminations, only stay in one\'s system for a few days. The only thing that drug testing does is discriminate against the4 use of marijuana, which has been determined to be a safer drug than most prescription drugs and even safer than most over the counter. No person in the history of the world has ever overdosed on marijuana. You can\'t say that about aspirin, tylenol, ibuprophen, sleeping pills, or even alcohol(the government approved drug of choice. Every day in America people overdose on alcohol that they can buy in the grocery store, but pot is illegal? I have laid out my argument in a professional manner for you, as a person who has smoked pot every day for the past 16 years. Now take your drug tests and go **** yourself with them.
