A newish immigrant from UK, I'm speechless that Canada can let this drag on. Doesn't Ottawa think it matters? Both Radio and TV programmes need a shot in the arm, not increasing arrogance from management. CBC staff need to feel themselves a strong, united family before they can even approach BBC (UK not World)standards. Give them the chance via a decent regular living - the talent is right here - to hand.

I can't survive w/out my cbc fix. What other radio is there? NPR is all that even comes close.

The CBC is one of the living symbols that binds us together as a country. Damage the CBC and you risk the fabric of the country.

I support the CBC workers in their struggle for fairer working conditions. I very much miss CBC News Sunday and the National. I hope to see everyone back as soon as possible.

Please, please, please do something. I miss my CBC radio and CBC TV programs. I am a CBC junkie and have been going through withdrawal for an unseemly amount of time. I want my programming back. Think of the AUDIENCE!!! Isn't that why CBC exists?
