When Sesame Street was in it's prime, it had great skits to educate kids, even adults would tune in! It had many funny characters, too. Now it's gone commercial, Jim Henson has passed, and many of those characters and skits have vanished. Now we're left with a really boring show. People have been wanting classic reruns on DVD. Sign if you want that, too!

Oh please please bring back the classics. I was just talking with some co-workers and one of them had never watched sesame street so I was looking for dvd's of the classics.

I miss kermit and Grover. Elmo is ok for my little one, but when he gets older I think old Sesame Street would be better for him

I've gone to great lengths in the past to find clips of anything from the good ol' Sesame Street from 1980 to 1990 (when I believed it was the best). I would pay pretty much anything to get these episodes again.

I have a problem with the new Sesame Street; characters who dont speak properly or clearly are teaching our children??? I thouhgt Sesame Street was supposed to be an educational learning program, Elmo and Baby Bear really aggravate me...What happened to Kermie? And, the adverstising for McDonalds before every episode...criminal. I want the old Sesame Street back,on DVD. I am sorry to say that the new Sesmae Street is one that I dont want my children watching.

I am so dissapointed by the crap that is on tv for kids these days. My twin brother is having a child soon and I know that he would want him or her to watch the classic sesame street episodes that we grew up watching. These shows were inspired, had soul, and were fun and educational all at the same time. Please release a dvd collection, I would buy them all as would many many other people.

I miss the old Sesame Street so much, even as an adult I loved watching it. I'm so disappointed it's not on for my young son now. I say bring back Classic Sesame! A la peanut butter sandwiches!

So many would buy the Sesame Street DVD's and the proceeds could go to PBS. I have 4 kids that love the show and would love seeing the early years that I keep talking about.
