Quite possibly the best piece of television ever created. Nothing I've seen before or since, in any genre, has gripped me anywhere near as much as this unsung series.
firefly is one the series I've ever seen.The Charakters are great and the Story ist fantastic. I don't want to miss firefly in the near future.

I support this petition. I think this show should be picked back up despite the theater numbers. the DVD is top on Amazon.com, and I've only heard people speak of wanting this show to return. Sci-Fi, HBO, or anyone out there...interested? You should be. There's too many of us in withdrawal!
I'm a rabid fan and while I don't currently watch HBO or any of the pay networks I would gladly and willingly shell out the extra cash to get them if they even considered picking up firefly.
Thank you Joss. I was never a crazy Buff or Angel fan, but Firefly has a red hot hold on my heart. I cannot stop until I see where you wanted to take us. Thank you, thank you for this smallest part of a bigger dream. Thank you for the laughter and tears. And thanks for teaching me the worst of Chinese. I don't care who picks it up, how much I have to pay, or how many letters I have to write. Firefly needs a new home.
I support this petition. Bring Firefly home and give a show that by now should multiple Emmy's, Golden Globes and People's Choice Awards a truly good home. Also, by bringing back this show we make FOX pay for it's infinite stupidity and the fact you can't a run a network that is commanded by a pack of wild Tazmanian Devils, laughing hyenas, and chimpanzees that were genetically engineered to speak slightly more passable English than a NASCAR errrr...NECKCAR driver. Out!
I support this petition. Is this how shows are rewarded for being original? For trying something different? Would it have helped if they brought in a character who had giant cleavage and worked in a book store? Her fellow workers could fight about who she *really* wanted to sleep with. Or perhaps one of the characters could have a monkey and hilarity would ensue. FOX never gave people a chance to fall in love with this show. This could have been the first LOST. Then again, advertising costs money.
But this petition won't reach anyone from any network. One man can't make a difference. But as long as we continue to fight, the fight will continue. So this is for you reading this. Don't quit. One day, someone at a network will be in need of a show to save their job. Keep spreading the word and Firefly will be there when needed.
I mean, remember Cartoon Network and 'Family Guy'? ;-)
I didnt know this show exsisted until I saw the movie that just shows how bad a job FOX did of advertising it. It never had a chance please bring firefly back or I'll bash your GORRAM heads in
Firefly is an example of the finest programming ever to be seen on television. Please, consider bringing back the best series ever to be cancelled before its time.

It's actually unfathomable that the series was taken off the air in the first place! When I heard about "insert animated series w/loudmouth baby here" had been canceled and then restarted I almost burst a blood vessel in my head. HBO, SHOWTIME or whoever else wants to take this on. You'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
