My promise is to watch every episode or movie made and buy all DVD's that are produced. This cast really has a chemistry which is evident by the huge fan base it created. Fox is pretty smart when it comes to creating ingenius shows like this one. Too bad they are really stupid when it comes to sticking with a great thing! Like, "John Doe", "Firefly", "Profit", etc. Someone with the power had better grab onto this and keep it going before your competitors do! Nathan Fillion had me at "hello"! KEEP FIREFLY FLYING!

The writting and all out honest characters in firefly is absolutely the best i have ever seen. The characters are all so unique yet identifible... its totally brilliant! I get dish service but i do not subscribe to any movie channels... but i would glady if they pick this series up!!
I currently do not have any premium channels and would pay to get the network that would pick up firefly and make new episodes. Fox execs were fools to mess with Joss Whedon's vision and even biger fools for cancelling it.

Incredible series. So much it could do, because it's so ground-breaking. I'd gladly sign up for whatever premium channel picks them up and treats it right. And I'll buy the DVDs of every season (I've never done that before for any show ... not even BSG!)

Joss Whedon created a world in Firefly unlike any I have ever seen on television. In all seriousness, there was a kind of magic to it reminiscent of Band of Brothers and other HBO miniseries. I think any premium cable network could pick up Firefly and make some money off it, but more importantly, they would be sharing a great story from the 'verse with all us out here. Keep on flying.
I only recently became aware of the tv show from becoming interested in the movie, brilliant and original, An island paradise in the vast sea of tv monotony.
I am a HUGE fan of fantasy...with very little liking for Sci-fi. However, I absolutely LOVE "Firefly". By far THE BEST t.v. series I've seen in all 32 years of my existence!!!
I support this petition. Firefly has been a great inspirational show that shows great characteristics that people can compare themselves to, and I want to see more of that aspect through new episodes of Firefly.

Serenity was a great movie, and I've love to see more of Firefly to expand on this rare kind of sci-fi show. The kind that anyone can get into. No silly aliens or frilly costumes. This is a sci-fi show that SHOULD have taken off, hopefully it still will.
