I have to admit - I missed the series during its initial run. The whole sci-fi/western angle was lost on me. I enjoyed the movie and figured I'd give the show a shot. I quickly ordered the DVD set to catch it in order and its entirety. Wow - quickly fell for the characters and the story. Very dissappointed how much of the arc is left to tell. Babylon 5 at least got to tell its entire story. Quality science fiction television is lacking in todays market. How many more different law and order/csi clones am I going to have to suffer through on the dial? Bring back firefly....
