the show wasnt even aired here yet (germany). word about it spread over here anyway. everybody i spoke to who had even the slightest interest in sci-fi was hooked immediately and agreed it to be one of the best sci-fi shows ever made. people here had to download it illegally at first. all of them (i know of)bought the dvd once it was available (and some of them normally dont give a **** about legality)if you see, what the show inspires in people ... produced even with just half a heart it could be a huge success. produced seriously it could outshine even success stories like star trek in the long run.
I support this petition. I have been waiting for a series like this all my life. It is teh perfect blend of western and sci-fi. Now that it's started, it just can't be over!!! You have to bring it back!

WE NEED TO BRING IT BACK COMMON PEOPLE! Im not even a Movie guru or show watcher and I can tell you this show needs at least a second season! Its so addicting and the second season could still work with the movie and even give them a chance to make a pre-qual. They would have to be idiots not to do it so much money to be made! Especially after the movie came out!

I support this petition. I live in Australia. Due to the exchange rate, we pay even more for "Firefly" and "Serenity". Doesn't that make fiscal sense? And give the rights to Channel Ten. Nine and Seven will just give it another 12:30 am slotting and screw around with the episodes.
Firefly isn't as great as you think it is. If you want to see Firefly the way it was supposed to be. Then check out the Anime series "Outlaw Star". Firefly stole the storyline completely. The only difference is that Firefly isn't animated. Spare yourselves.
I support this petition. The quality of this show is incredible, and given a chance will have a huge following. The movie was popular and successful, and the series left me wanting more. Most people only found out about the series after the movie's success. Please bring it back!
I support this petition. There was no valid reason to cancel the show, since, even though it was poorly publicised, it still became a cult series before it had stopped airing. It would sell.
I support this petition. I don't subscribe to HBO or Showtime right now, but if either network were to adopt Firefly, then I would subscribe to it today!!!
