We the undersigned hereby petition the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Board of Directors to retain Roy Shivers and Danny Barrett as General Manager and Head Coach and allow them to finish the job they were hired to do. To win a Grey Cup.

Danny and Roy have done a great job and as far as I am concerned when Roy retires, Danny should become our GM. They have legitimized the Roughriders

We haven't had this kind of success (4 playoff visits in a row) since the mid 70's. Stability is the key. Due to those guys, quality players want to come here. If only Roy would admit that the Nealon thing is a bust and move on, then the team can progress. Let Bellefuille and Greene go, pilfer Ottawa, and lets reclaim the Cup!!!

Roy and Danny must stay to ensure the continued forward progress of the franchise. I have every faith that next year we will have the core makings of a Grey Cup team. Do not begin Reduilding yet again. I do nopt want to be like the Blue Bombers

We have made a lot of personnel mistakes in the past, loosing Roy & Danny would be the biggest blunder of all. We need them!!

Roy and Danny must stay, Danny is the future of this franchise. They will take us where we need to go. But I will agree that we do need a quality QB and a new offensive coordinator

Roy & Danny are doing a great job. You can't take a team from the basement to consistent contenders & then expect to be called on the carpet after you did the job of raising expectations so high. Let's get a grip here people. Sask doesn't have the $$ to contend with the top four funded teams - who all went to the finals, what a surprise. Getting in that circle is always a major achievement for us. Firing Roy would be insanity, losing precious $$ we need to keep a good roster.

We are lucky to have Roy Shivers. He should stay. Just look at his record since he arrived. We need another Wideout though. I like our QBs and I think Crandell will just improve.

I hope that the team sees fit to get a first string QB and change their offensive strategy. At this time I don't want tosee a wholesale upheaval. However, if the above mentioned changes are not made next year would be time to make wholesale changes.
