One day I came across a show called as ‘Raja ki aayegi baarat’ and fell in love with it. Most of us were not regular viewers of the serial; but still fell in love with the show though we started in between. That forced many of us to watch starting episode of this drama to get essence of story. We started liking every character. We started believing in every character. We fell in love with sharp, intelligent, calm, royal Yudi. We loved simple, shy, caring girl Rani. We respected authoritive, determined, cultured Raja Sahab. We loved master mind, sharp and intelligent Choti Rani. We loved simple, cute and adorable Saksham and Niharika. We loved stupid, ever fighting Rudra and Bhumi. We loved drama queens, stupid, yet loyal Bhanumati and Kali. We loved caring mother Amma. We loved sweet Dadi. We loved playful but yet loving and caring brother Munna. In short, every character of the series made this show wonderful and every actor made that character live for us.

After watching this show, we all felt this show has something different to deliver. First time, we saw a vamp is trying to unite leads. First time, we saw a prince’s confusion whom to marry. First time, we saw a prince who is sharp to select what is right and what is wrong. With great pace, every episode, every character made us more fall in love with this show. We loved the fact Saksham and Yudi used to discuss on some general matters. We loved that story was focusing on interaction between every member from cast and not only lead.

But nowadays, something has gone wrong terribly. When we watch this show, a question arises; is it same show we used to watch? Is it same show we used to love? The purpose behind writing this petition is to make you people understand what we want to see as viewers. How a beautiful storyline has been killed in past few months. Why you are losing grip on audience? We want this show to run for longer period because we still love it and don’t want you to kill essence of it.

• Woman oriented serial-
We never felt RKAB is woman oriented serial. Though it was story of simple and loving girl to become queen of palace still story was focusing on every character individually. Nature of lead girl Rani is simple, shy, loving and caring girl. But it seems that after her marriage in royal family, she has opted for detective job. A girl who didn’t have courage to oppose her own uncle and aunt, suddenly gathered courage to oppose everyone in this world. Rani’s character has been killed completely in order to make this serial woman oriented. So rather than starting loving Rani, we have started hating her. Past three tracks in the serial were completely focusing on how Rani is goddess. Please stop giving us something we have already seen in K serials. We always felt RKAB is different from K serials and that’s the fact we still love it. We will hate to see Rani in series of Tulasi, Parvati, Prerana, Bani. Keep her as Rani only.

• Praising Rani-
It’s really enough on showing Rani as goddess and praising her. Viewers have to tolerate a complete episode to see how individual palace member praises Rani, that’s too much. It’s really get into nerves when we see palace members forms queue to thank Rani.
 

• Handsome prince of Shishodhiya family –
We really fell in love with this man. We jumped on seat when we saw him accepting his love for a maid in front of everyone in his own marriage ceremony with princess. We loved him when he proved his father wrong in front of everyone and believed his love. We loved his capability of making decision and to opt between right and wrong. We loved this cultured prince, who waited for approval from his father to tie knot with girl he loves. We loved a son who never crossed his limit while fighting for his love against his father. Yes, we are talking about none other than eldest prince of Shishodhiya family and now king of kingdom Yudhishthir Shishodhiya.

How can someone kill such wonderful and strong character that we have seen in RKAB. We used to proud of him. But now we have started suspecting his capabilities being king and rule the kingdom. He has done nothing so far apart from praising his lovely wife and doing romance with her. We have not seen him doing anything for people. Come on, he is king now!! While giving importance to Rani, his character has been sidelined. He has merely become spectator listening how his great wife handled everything. He appears on screen to present gift for his lovely wife or to do so called romance in RKAB terms. His every decision is simply ruled out by his own wife and their question arises where that Yudi is missing? Can’t we have tracks or scene in RKAB where we can see Yudi in leading mode and Rani in supporting mode? Is there anything wrong to show that wife supports husband in his daily work. We simply want our Yudi back with whom we all fell in love. Do the proper justice to his character.

• Romantic scenes between Yudi and Rani-
I guess creative/writers are falling short on romantic scenes between lead of RKAB. If you want then we are ready to help you and that too free of cost. Just visit any RKAB discussion forum online and you will have bunch of scenes ready with you. Can these two come out of “Thank you-Thank you” romance? It’s really enough on this thank you thank you. There are many romantic way in this world to say thank you and to say you are precious to me. Also how many repeat scenes viewers have to tolerate in Yudi-Rani romance, Lake Scene, Rain dance, Shirt-Button scene, moreover thank you-thank you scene. God!!! Please give us a break and something new. You have such wonderful actors with sizzling chemistry and you are wasting that in such scenes. It’s good to see something for the first time, but we can’t take similar scenes again. Their all scenes does not necessarily romantic scene. It could be genuine scene as well, where husband-wife discusses some issue with each other and spend time with each other. It could be simple scenes which link to real life. Even such scenes appeal more to audiences rather than any ringa-ringa rosy romance.

• No Third angel between Yudi-Rani-
Whether you believe it or not, there are only few on-screen couple in telly-industry viewers admires. When they watched them on-screen it feels they are made for each other. Yudi and Rani is one of that. Their love for each other is backbone for RKAB. It is really difficult for all viewers to see any third person between Yudi-Rani because of any reason. It would be really hard to digest fact that Yudi who loved Rani so much, is rooting for any other girl for any reason.
It would be simple murder of Yudi’s character. We love both of them to core and can’t tolerate any third angel or misunderstanding between them at any cost. Please don’t take RKAB to K serials way where leads get separated after they are married.

• New Tracks in storyline –
Why RKAB has started going through K serials mode, where new characters (mostly vamps) are introduced. There were great potentials in RKAB to show negativity in terms of Choti Rani. Mrinal really made that character live. Now as she has turned positive, we have to tolerate new vamp every month or so. But rather than introducing new characters that are not at all linked with royal family, can you bring back old characters. Or have you forgot those characters did exists in Shishodhiya family. Where is Bhavyata? Daughter of Raja Sahab and Choti Rani, sister of Rudra and step sister of Yudi and Niharika. More than that, where is Badi Rani. Nowadays, no one in palace bothers to take her name. It seems that her own husband, son and daughter have forgot her. And what about her ideal daughter-in-law Rani, who used to work to cure her. Did Rani forgot Badi Rani too. So they don’t even matter to take blessings from her after wedding.

Bring back those characters. Where Rani’s family has gone? What about Chacha, Champa, Chameli, Munna, Amma, Dadi…… Uff, list is so long. And you people doesn’t even pay attention. Rather than that you keep introducing any new characters. You have set of characters which could be added to future track. Also at least keep a gap of week or so in two tracks. It really becomes troublesome to be prepared for another vamp in story when one is gone.

• Complain for Off-screen team members-

There are many aspects in RKAB has lost in past 4-5 months. RKAB team which works off-screen really needs to work hard to correct their errors.

o Episode Pace - RKAB has lost it charm, in terms of pace of every episode. Some episode literally feels as rushed one. Generally, good pace is really maintained at the start of every track. But end of every track become weird. We found many loopholes while ending every track. Please do focus on that and give proper timeline to end track as well. Moreover, most of the time scene shown in one episode does not link with scene in other episode. Take your time; plan each and every scene properly. Keep significance for each scene. Though its lighter one, it should hold some significance. You can easily drag time in showing proper start for the scene. In some scene, we directly see members standing in their room. Definitely time can be pulled to show that they are entering in room. Whoever plans this series of scenes really needs to sit down and think more logically. Maintain the pace in episode. We don’t want to see any rush in episode, where we simply fail to catch up what happened today.

o Repeated Dialogues - Big question we want to ask to the dialogue writer. Can he please try to through dialogues he has written so far? He himself will find how much repeated it was. “Rani, aap ke bina hum adhure hain. Nahi Kunwarji, aap ke bina hum adhure hain”. God, we have become expert in this dialogue. The time Yudi starts this line; we already knew what next line could be. Whoever you are, please give a thought and you can really come up with nice dialogues.

o Screen time for other characters – This show is not only about Yudi-Rani. We merely see any other character on-screen than Yudi-Rani. If other characters are there then give them adequate scenes and dialogues. After Rudra, Bhumi, Choti Rani has turned positive we have hardly seen them in proper scene and with proper dialogues. It seems that they don’t get any dialogues and scenes apart from thanking Rani. Saksham and Niharika scenes have become rare one after their marriage. We are really missing Yudi and Saksham scene. Yudi and Rudra scene. Most of the time, everyone is glued to their on-screen partner only. Why can’t we have scene involving only boys or only girls from RKAB team.

o Editing – This part has started going worst. Nowadays, we have started pointing out mistakes in sequencing. Sometime, we feel sequence shown earlier should be shown later.

o Costume Designer – If you are really focusing on Rani becoming a queen then please give a thought about Anjali’s wardrobe. It is really worst. She doesn’t look a queen from any angle. She really needs wardrobe as well as hairstyle change to look better on-screen.

o Hairstylist – Kapil really needs haircut in a month. Can’t you people manage barber for king of Shishodhiya palace.

I guess I have explained all the points me and my friends wanted to highlight. We are coming up with this long list because we love this show and want it to be best. I am really hoping that you considering points given above. Else it will not take too long to lose loyal fans of the RKAB.
