Road Rage completely down plays the term "murder". Moore initiated road rage, who was blocking the road. David Ward mumbled words under his breath. Moore didn't anything he just saw David's mouth move. Moore then chased David and his friends in his car, blocked the car and approached the passenger seat, where David was sitting, and started an altercation. Moore then had time to think, went back to his car, grabbed and concealed and illegal weapon (knife), and stabbed David to death. David and his friends did not have weapons of any kind.

Definition by Law: A person defending himself from the use of force that is not likely to result in death or serious bodily harm may never use deadly physical force. Manslaughter is defined by an Unlawful killing without the intent to kill. More retrieved a deadly weapon and used it. If others do not have a weapon, this is categorized at Second-Degree Murder.

This petition will be sent to the State of California and will also be sent to the Board of Parole, once Moore is found, to be considered when he is up for parole.
