This looks more and more like a reality now. An article at ign.com said that reports are that EA is working on a college now that they no longer will be making pro baseball titles. If this is true, I can't imagine how hard it will be for me to wait for the game to come out.
I haven't heard anything about EA developing a college game, but I sure hope the rumors are true. Hopefully anyone with information about the development of a game, will sign the petition here and keep us posted

A college baseball game would be sweet. Make it a mix between MVP and NCAA College Football and it would be very cool. I think a lot of people would buy it.
ea could have it kinda like ncaa football 06 the dynasty season and heisman mode where you could build your way up. your a high school player and try ou at what position and get scholarships to texas miami clemson etc. if you do goo if not then smaller schools coastal carolina app state the citadel etc. then once you choose your school you can be a big man on campus have your dorm room as the main menu for that mode and as you get better you get better rooms and you can decorate it and you can transfer to a smaller school to a big or opposite or from a small to small or big to big school. then after season is over you can decide to stay or go get drafted and then if drafted you can get your mvp and draft your player. it will take hard work but ea sports does hard work and thhis should be great if this happens.you would have to get different picture form all the schools baseball fields and surroundings but it would be like making ncaa so please ea make college baseball road to omaha in the next year or so i and others love the games you already make so keep it up. but you have a afl i like the idea and i'm excited. i love all the games and thats all i have is sports games from ea except one and that is medal of honor frontline . so ea please.

Since EA can't make MLB baseball games anymore (even though MVP is far and away the best baseball game on the market) I think it would be very smart for them to take that format and use it for college baseball.

ea loses its license, but it has the best baseball engine to date! the have displayed a lot of savvy in their ncaa football franchise and i would have a lot of confidence in their ability to bring a quality game to college baseball by utilizing their ready-for-market engine. PLEASE! EA! listen and head!

As a former College Baseball Player, I would definitely like to see a College Baseball video game created. If these video game companies can create college football and basketball video games, why can't they create a college baseball video game? STEP UP TO THE CHALLENGE EA SPORTS!This game would be great and with the culmination of leading your favorite team to Omaha for the College World Series would make for hours of playing fun.
