Rodney Palmer, child molester, walking FREE until his court date in Moncton, NB, Canada, this upcoming February 2rd (9:30 AM):

EVEN THOUGH HE GAVE A SINGED CONFESSION TO THE RCMP!

This is the ICM Outrage of the month!

As seen from the official Court Papers on Rodney Palmer, he sexually molested a child under the age of 14 years; in fact, this child was 6 years old at the time.

Mr. Palmer sexually assulted this child, enticed this child and is now chraged after being investigated and caught...

The Judge (Judge Mckee) and the Prosecutor (Anthony Allman) allowed Mr. Palmer to walk out of that court room a FREE MAN until his trial date of Feb. 23rd, 2006, at 9:30 AM.

As stated, Mr. Palmer gave a SIGNED STATEMENT to Corporal Sault of the Moncton Codiac RCMP admitting to his being a child predator and yet he walks away a free man!

Furthermore, Mr. Palmer has recently made claim that he will be skipping hsi court trial and leaving the area in the hopes of avoiding a prison term; this was TWICE brought to the attention of the Codiac Regional RCMP in Moncton, by two SEPERATE individuals, and yet they bluntly stated, "At least he'll be off our hands for a while."

Being a risk to children, and having claimed he will be avoiding facing trial, the NB Department of Justice has done nothing to allow for the protection of innocent children against a sexual mad-man who's only thought is molesting a child.

Rodney Palmer has a terible habit:

He was accused of this same crime some years back, yet when confronted, he wept like a baby and denied it all.... however, the victim's father continued prerssing the RCMP to catch this pervert, and several years later, his weeping was over the fact that he did in fact molest a 6 year old!

Now, should we let this pervert escape punishment without petitioning the NB Deparment of Justice to lock him up until his trial date?

Let's work together to see this pervert put in a jail cell!
