The aim of this petition is to get as many signatures as possible, so that pressure can be put on the Crown and on the Judge to take this man's crimes SERIOUSLY....His BAIL should be REVOKED, and he should be in jail for the rest of his life.

As of June/03/09 these are the charges RONALD JOHN SMITH 51yr old of Big Bay, Ontario, Canada is CHARGED with :

a) 1 count Criminal Negligence Causing Death (of a 16yr old girl)

b) 1 count each Unsafe Storage and Unlicensed Possession of a Lakefield 22-calibre Rifle

c) 2 counts each of Trafficking in Morphine and Marijuana (to a 14yr old and the 16yr old who died)

d) 1 count Sexual Interference (on the 14yr old)

e) 1 count Sexual Assault on a Girl younger than 16

f) 1 count of Sexual Assault (on a 3rd victim, also 16yr old)

These are 10 SERIOUS charges, yet the man is out on house arrest, and can leave his home for 3hrs a day, EVERY day!

It's time the Justice System start dealing with people who commit crimes againt children with the harshness they deserve!
